Good job the shorters have driven the price down in time for the buyback.

Interest rates going up. Economy tanking. Unemployment rising. Welfare bill ballooning. World events destroying any chance of a recovery. Inflation. And a million other things. I honestly thought this was a nailed on investment. Huge amounts of houses needed. BUT in an economy that’s only going one way, personally speaking the housing sector is going to hit the floor. Personal opinion. Forgive me if this annoys anyone. I had a huge holding here and I sold at a bad loss. Just can’t see what this Government will do, if anything to reverse this Country’s decline.🤷🏼‍♂️

I’d be very surprised if a few positive RNSs don’t start coming through soon regarding Holdings. These prices won’t stay this low forever.

If those Straits aren’t reopened to all traffic we’re properly screwed. There’s a part of me that says Trump knows this and knows Europe will have to change direction on mass immigration. That aside I still think he’ll use troops to reopen the Straits.

Yes Greg’s done rather well. He’s seen the share price drop from over £12 to £4. I suppose he got us up there in the first place so he can’t be all bad! Bad joke. There’s a reason shorters have favourites. This share buyback has been a catastrophic waste of time and money.

I think you’re right, but it’s only because of how shockingly this company has been run of late.

Looking forward to seeing MANY of these today and next week! Would be good for shareholder confidence for the board to show confidence in their own company after the absolute destruction that’s been dealt out in the last few days. Because this silence really isn’t good enough especially after the debacle of the huge drop from £12. Otherwise this becomes uninvestable.

it’s become too strained for me. i’m looking to massively reduce exposure to this. i’m fed up with these massive drops. the drop from £12ish is a **** take. i’ll trade but i’m done with holding.
