This was the RNS back in Oct 18.

Asiamet Resources Limited (the Company), through a local subsidiary, holds an 80% interest
in the Beutong IUP (the project permit) located in Nagan Raya regency, Aceh, Indonesia. In
response to an article published in serambinews.com with respect to protests in the Nagan
Raya area, the Company can report that the Beutong IUP is in good standing and in full
compliance with all rules and regulations set by the Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral
Resources (MEMR).
Furthermore, the Company can confirm it has strong working relationships with local
communities, stakeholders and governments across all its projects in Indonesia.

There was protests by some students and local communities a few years back who were trying to get the licence cancelled but I thought that fizzled out and nothing came of it, that was my understanding anyway.

A full sale would be my choice and that includes Beutong. I honestly don't think current shareholders will ever see any value from that but hopefully it would form part of a sale because of it's superb potential.

Gonna be interesting to see if the sp reacts to this TR1..!

I believe there's been a considerable amount of work done on value engineering over the past 9 months with consultant's final reports expected soon. It is believed they will have a positive impact on the Project economics.
I hope this drops soon and persuades others to take a look at taking this Project on.
I honestly believe TM would welcome a full sale if the price was right and I feel uneasy with AE's involvement.

I agree MFM in that I don't agree with the jam tommorrow statement. In fact I can't remember one piece of negative news about UOG, i'm really comfortable with my (large for me) investment here.
That makes it all the more strange how it can be so poorly received. The BOD, the assets, profit making, small debt everything appears great with exception of the SP.
That said I'm very confident this will come good in a big way, it's my banker.
It's puzzling whats going on but I'm just going to put it down to the institutionals who took RKH shares selling out for profit and until they've finished we'll stick around circa 3p.

AE could also prompt a market response with such an approach/letter to Asiamet which is exactly what they did with the initial sale.
Why they would want a market response is anyones guess but if they are selling then a higher sp would be one, just thinking out loud begore I get shot at dawn.
I hope our shares are safe and I don't mean just legally as the law doesn't appear to apply to AE

IMO it will be a combination of debt and equity and with the BPOPF.
So yes some dilution but unlocking a finance deal would only increase the SP even with additional shares IMO

I've got zero confidence in Manini being able to take this project anywhere positive as he's proven time and time again.

Tbf Whizzer, I'm unsure what more TLOU can work concurrently than what they are already are.
The 10MW PPA is a must to allow Finance and then it's a very favourable investment.
As MM indicates the upside is huge compared to todays SP.

Morning mrmoagi, IF TLOU managed to surpass 5MW and then gained membership to the SAPP which in their words is a relatively straight forward process due to most of the conditions already being met in being able to produce 5MW, then is it not possible that TLOU could dictate MW's further down the line based on available gas supply..?
