Thanatos, they are both excerpts from the RNS's as you have correctly quoted but they are detailing the Financing and not the PPA I believe..!

Surely it's a blessing that you couldn't buy the entitlement shares, if you had at circa 4.4p you'd now be even more upset at the company for instruvting HL to actiob the offer..!

Morning Thanatos, where did you read or hear the Q1 deadline for the PPA..?
I'm not saying it wasn't stated but I only remember a Jan commencement date with successful conclusion ideally in the near term, but haven't picked up on specified completion date.

I want potential buyers to be reminded of the potential assets that are available here, they don't appear to be lining up but hopefully I'm wrong on that front.
I've made it no secret that I would be happy with a total sell off whereas you appear to want to stick around while the compamy progresses.

Correct damo, the Transmission Line, the long lead item of the Programme which has the greatest impact on getting connected.

Hi Zippy, just to add, what if TLOU had instructed HL and the likes to make available the entitlement shares and peeps took them up immediately and was then followed by last night's RNS.
TG and co would be shot at dawn. I'm sure it was a conscious decision to hold off from givimg the instruction by the Company.
As an addition, I will be taking my time, if and when the entitlement shares come into play, there's no rush.

Hi Zippy, apologies you've misunderstood. I deposited funds into my account to cover the purchase of the entitlement shares once they become available and the time is right.
I took the opportunity to use the funds to buy more at 3.7p and will put the funds back to purchase the entitlement shares before the July 2022 expiry date.

All depends if you got them above or below the mid price point Brad. You obviously got them below.
I have just used the cash I had in my account ( and my better halfs) for the entitlement shares at 4.4p and bought more at 3.7p.
I will replenish the account for the offer shares in slow time.

Hi whizzer, it's bleedingly obvious you are a long term holder like a lot of us. However I think you'l be gone in the blink of an eye once you get back to break even.
I'm curious to know why the equity raise was so poor and what options you would have taken. I'm not trying to have a pop but what were you expecting from the fundraising be that staged or full..?

They can’t secure funding so have had to fund raise to look like they are doing something!

Whizzer funding negotiations are ongoing, this is the best outcome for getting this project up and running.
The Transmission line scope is probably the long lead item on the Project and therefore on the Critical Path so the staged approach allows for the Project to progress with the underground TL scope and also for discussions on funding to continue concurrently.
Now hypothetically speaking if this was done in a single raise which took 3 months to complete, then another 3 months to award the TL contract and get the team mobilised you'd be the 1st one saying "why didn't we start the TL scope earlier"

That's a fair point bts, however this fund raise should give serious progress to this project so it hopefully wont hang around the 3.5p mark for too long. This isn't just to keep the lights on.

I agree stephenat, this feels like it's the start of something pivotal to me. The latest RNS stated that phase 1 can be staged if necessary or prudent to do so and this feels like stage 1 IMO.
Will stage 2 follow quickly and be a debt only element..?
Time will tell..!

I think I need to understand a little more about the detail before making a judgement call.
On a positive front could it be that phase 1's estimate of $10M (roughly £7.15M) is partially achieved and the remaining circa £4.5M funding can be achieved on more favourable terms, maybe more debt and less equity..?
We did know that equity was going to be involved even though it's always disappointing to see.
Thoughts anyone, without abuse preferably..!
