Mrmoagi, I'm unsure whether TLOU plan on starting testing gas in a different seam first, I haven't read that level of detail anywhere..!
Also maybe the trusted partners don't need reassurance that the "fairway extends far and wide" they may already be assured of this.
TLOU might be planning on drilling Boomslang later when the time is right and the EIS allows them to do this..!

Hi Brad I think it's safe to say that only an RNS about either the $10m finance being secured or the 10MW PPA being awarded will get us moving again. Yesterday we had an RNS stating approval to start work in an area of approx 1000 square km and targeting gas in a different coal seam and it went down like a lead balloon...!

And I would have thought other institutions would have crossed the 3% holding threshold but maybe not.

They should be issuing a TR1 with their reduction from circa 20% to now circa 15% due to the 440M new shares but they appear to be a law unto themselves.

Well that is a very technical presentation for a layman like me but the message is clear in that, if Jamaica is what UOG believe it to be then we will be exremely happy.
I think the intended audience was potential partners.

That was exactly my thnking Brad. Successful bidders could foot the bill for the pipeline and then a premium would be paid by the BPC for gas up to the recovery of the cost of the pipeline..
That's why I thought splitting the award was perfectly possible with each pipeline being regulated to determine flow rates per company and at no initial expense to the BPC.

Hi Brad, the short notice period and compliance might appear harsh to us but I'd suggest the preferred bidders would have been more than aware of the details for some time.
