They have a very healthy infrastructure fund to invest in Botswanahe and TLOU has a very good relationship with them.
I believe they are regularly made aware of the progress TLOU is making and are very supportive.

Very good post Tardis, it's clear to see who the LTH's are here and who have jumped on board recently, probably on the back of the AE deal.
The 2.2p was a positive and because of that I'm expecting to see a positive Value Engimeering RNS in the next week or so.
I'm also hoping that the size of the raise is in part protection from AE and the likes, I'm of the opinion the Company would sell up either part or job lot for the right price.

And as G_G_G says it's poor that the PI doesn't get an option to take part in the raise.

Been building a largish position for 5 years here and would have to lump in a good few grand to get down to a 3.5p average.

I don't want to bring the board down and don't want abusing but this is quite incredible, why on earth is the SP coming down like this yet again after another great RNS..?
Surely this can only be the II's from the RKH deal selling out..?
This is just one good result after another yet it's still going on..!
Anyway still building my position still seriously confident this is going to pop once the enigma has run it's course.

Mmm I still think this could be a possible option Brad, maybe I'm getting an answer of 5 on the 2 plus 2 question.
But what if Orapa Power Station can run off CBM bearing in mind it's run off 2 x 45MW gas turbines and is already connected to the grid.
If TLOU knew the gas was plentiful and all that was needed was a feed line, then this strategy would potentially allow the company to build with a reduced finance package from the lenders.
This strategy would also prove the reserves, which would also be favourable for TLOU's financing options.
In addition the Orapa Power Station is built within Debswana's Orapa diamond mine which is a fenced, leased area and is operated by the Botswana Power Corporation.
Here is an excerpt from the latest RNS; "Whereas the Company has already negotiated land access and leasing agreements with relevant landholders for the power generation facility and a new field operations camp"

I've been giving a little more thought to Orapa mention in the last RNS and will offer it up as a potential way forward.
What are the chances that TLOU could be attempting to sell gas and not Electricty to Orapa, bearing in mind they already have their own power generation facilities.
This would obviously bring in revenue which would in turn reduce the amount of finance required to get TLOU connected.
Any thoughts gents..?
