That's a hard one to answer robrin.
The only certainty so far is that the SP has always been behind were I thought it should be, but I'm convinced I know the reasons for that now.
Even based on the good results from Egypt and any additional oil I don't see 10p this year myself, unless we get some seriously good Jamaica updates.
And the BOD's behaviour improves.

Well it's a week since I sent my 3, SP pertinent, pointy questioned email to BL.
I've still not received a reply as yet.
I get the feeling he's cast me aside like a used belly wipe, ha-ha.
Oh well, I wasn't expecting a reply to be honest..

Well I've Emailed BL directly asking him to explain three courteous, but "pointy" questions which I believe are some of the main reasons the SP hasn't performed anywhere near to where I believe it should have.
I will report back if he replies, although the questions are pinning the reasons on the BOD's behaviour so I may be ignored

As for good old Brian, well actions speak louder than words for me, SP action to be specific.
As already stated it's the SP growth that matters to me as a little PI Investor.

Quite right Dusterman and the points you make are exactly why disgruntled holders will continue to hold instead of taking the stupid "sell and move" advice from certain posters.
The upset for me is the behaviour of the BOD, not the outlook for the company.
As I've stated previously, I viewed this as a build and hold share but because of certain actions I'm leaning more towards trading it, for me that is exactly what "Larkin & Leather" have done.
Each to their own I guess...!

Like you say, all we have is the SP which keeps getting knocked down purely from the BOD's actions regardless of all the progress made.
I'll stand by my 10:51 interpretation of how this has progressed and the company's opinion of us PI's.
When we went back to AIM at the start of 2019 the reason was "cost and administrative savings for the Company”
Makes me wonder....

I don't see Levi's questions/queries as criticisms HS but I know it's just your wording.
Bobby, I believe there is still more growth to come here and that's why I'm not selling, but my strategy has changed.
There are 3 points that niggle me which have all been worded as positives yet have had a negative effect on the SP and all been of BL's doing.
1. Forward selling warrants.
2. Salaries shown in different currencies.
3. RKH shares aquisition and subsequent SP disappointment.
Each to their own but at the end of the day trust in the BOD is a big deal to me.

I disagree Bobby, his holding might be large or very small to your holding, that doesn't mean you can't have an opinion on a BB.
More importantly, I take it his negativity is that he has asked the same question for some time now (which I have just asked Bozi if he has an opinion/take on) about the RKH shares aquisitions, and them all being below the 3% threshold and the sluggish SP since considering all the good news, and nobody has given an answer (that i recall)
I personally wouldn't class that as negative, in fact it gets me thinking all the more.

Hi Bozi, this is how I interpret your post.
So now that the company is established, making money and is self-funded going forwards the PI who's cash helped get this going can go fcuk themselves ha-ha.

Seriously tho Bozi, do you have an opinion about the RKH shares aquisition..? Why they were all kept below 3% TR1 threshold and why the SP hasn't moved as anticipated (by me at least)

They have control over the company - NOT its share price. 
I would suggest their actions havd a direct impact on the SP.

Some fair comments this morning IMO gents.
I hoped this was going to be similair to TXP and I could add and just sit "long" for the growth.
Personally I am reviewing my strategy now.
I'm still not selling any shares yet because I do believe this will increase fourfold from here, but I'll be keeping my eye on it as my outlook has been somewhat dampened.

It's not bed wetting, it sends out the wrong message IMO.
Why not keep hold of every share they can, after all the share value is going to increase massively are they not..?
It just niggles me, a bit like the salary details, OK so BL is paying himself a 30% rise BUT why detail last years salary in USD and this years in EURO, what that does is make the figures appear closer than if converted.
Some people (like me) will look at that and think, hand on a minute....!

Morning MM, maybe the PPA award values are known by the companies but cannot be formally stated until the PPA is rubber stamped..?

So, still no TR1's have been issued.
AE's position has changed from 20% to 15% because of the £10m raise. The company confirmed that their total holding hasn't changed (7 weeks ago)
Do we have any details of the other parties who bought in from the £10m raise or did they all conveniently buy less than 3%...?
There is zero detail of shareholders information page on the company website since the £10m deal.
