Good points Frac be interesting to see if softback has shares in Zoom , as ARM is part of Softbank.
My honest view , think Zoom will hit a brink wall .
Zoom has encryption at premium level but 90% of staff based in china which is not a good sign.
Voice over the mobile has had 40 years to evolve and now safe model , the video side is controlled by Loopup so no data bridge by 3rd parties.
Indeed you have to be invited to attend a loopup event , another safety mode

Some good points Libero take it all on board , think that why the shares are resting at around 50p mark.

Nice article written by Danielle Homer, the head of event at Loopup published on June 15th , mostly info we all know on the benefits of event but one key nugget of info worth highlighting “ Since lockdown, customers have been using operator-assisted event calls far more frequently. One of our customers has increased their managed conference calls from 3 to 90 calls per month! Our overall event call volumes have tripled – a trend that is continuing, despite some aspects of lockdown being eased“

So the trend for significantly higher event by loopup calls continues through May with volumes tripled YoY. This is very important as event by loopup is the highest margin business and a complete product differentiator. My revenue forecasts that i shared a few months back assumed conservative growth in event with most of the covid related growth coming from the core lower margin loopup product so i am more confident in my 2020 outturn now than i was last week. Unlikely to get any update at the AGM this week but the company confirmed an update will be provided in July alongside interims.

Lol someone to write a book on a non fiction company like INSP , never seen the likes of it bringing news in on other company's products.

Would also expect a dividend to be declared soon , which will raise the price

Would expect that the Directors after the AGM to purchase shares now as all is disclosed , this would show what a good well company this is.
At a company based on a P/E of just over 2 and cash of £11 million minus the value now of £33 Million puts this company at a P/E of 1.3
Now that just a mad low valuation == no brainier hence why invested today
16 Million Pre Tax profit = Excepted this year of 11 Million Pre Tax profit
Expected normal value of P/E of 10
Puts this company on a base of 100p per share

Company is debt free ; with £3.5 million in cash.

The management have been very quick to adapt as shown last year with consultancy work collapsing in certain areas and even that the revenue was lower managed to increase % profits.
Shows a lean company that can adapt to and last years restructure cost £400k and was not used as a debt but included in there turnover.
So the profit before tax could have been higher , not the norm in accountancy
Been a holder for 10 Months and could of sold near the top in March but have good faith and is a defensive share as you have said Libero

Looking at trades smell something at foot , the mms dropping the share price last week to trigger sell points .
Does not make sense at all , even with the drops the shares are hardly been sold
