My understanding is that once you own 30% you are required to bid for the company at a price at least as high as the highest price the share reached during the previous 12 months. If anyone knows different to this I'm happy to be corrected. My own view is that our chairman wants to take this into his ownership. Just like his dad.
I thought it was time to spend some of my hard earned paper profits so I have. Just spent 16 quid by joining the saga/vigin wine club. Four decent bottles delivered free and coming Sunday. Unbelievable. For a similar looking figure but with three noughts at the end I thought I'd book the Christmas cruise to the canaries that I had been looking at. No chance. Sold out. There are still a few cabins left on the Carribbean Christmas one apparently but at close to double that price for my cabin type. Unfortunately temporary insurance issues plus not quite enough paper profits won't allow. Over three quid by year end now looking good

Batfasted. The transaction did not appear here at all, that was the point. Not sure why or how this could happen. I doubt if I missed it. The nearest one to my trade was this morning.

I do except at times there appears to be a shortage of stock but yesterday my family took 25k profit from lloy and immediately put that into Saga without any issue whatsoever. Interestingly that transaction appeared immediately at Lloyds but not here.
I called recently to make sure Saga didn't automatically renew one of our family car's insurance. I was surprised to end up speaking to a charming Lady in South Africa called Faith. I was really pleased with that call and renewed the policy at that time. The cost was less than last year but £90 more than some others but I took the view Saga was worth the extra. We also have other products with Saga and the Financial offerings are excellent.
So your back in at 1.69 ish. Having sold a load at 1.40 then more at 1.48 then "totally bailing out" at 1.60 I am wondering if your still making good money with that method of yours? Welcome back to club
You might get back in Monday much lower than you'd hoped thanks to our USA friends trying to spoil our party last night. Good luck and congratulations for having the guts to post your trades successful or not.
Can't see this dropping back much from here. Convinced this will go even higher now especially with the AGM on Tuesday. Just can't see any serious negatives now. Wouldn't want to be sat on any cash in my trading account at this time. I'm all in and feeling very comfortable.
I think you will see your target of 302 sooner rather than later. I certainly wouldn't want to be out of this at this time. Looking forward to end of September. By then we should have a really good idea where this is going short to mid term if not long term.
