Not you as well Toyin!
I hate you being pedantic too. I'd hoped you would not have noticed. OBD needs to raise huge amounts of cash to gain sales traction in the US. Currently not an investment.
Big Pharma will be looking at the science and to acquire the company. Any placings will be immaterial, the huge potential the PSE test alone will have on the US and UK market is vast.
Toyin and Clio, I still have a large share holding. I respect you both and despite my misgivings over the current management I accept you wishes.
While Ashman ponders the universe check OBD and see how a real company is run.
Elric, Astounded that TW has appropriated your thunder, you have been welcomed into the fold. I look forward to your future podcasts on your most excellent website.
Mad,Keep taking the meds, and have you a good weekend!
The S/P was crushed initially by the placing and the subsequent realization of the salaries that the company executives are paid. Elrico podcast's recorded an I/V that has Ashman stating company changing non-specific events, to occur in the first quarter and the change to an acquisitive strategy which had been reported in a previous RNS. This managerial fiasco show Ashmans naivety.
By me,
This has not been posted my me. Where did this post come from?
The falling market cap has ruled out acquisitions until revenue from Croda. The tenure of Ashman and his salary is not in the best interest of the company.
Don't shoot the messenger. Ashman and Cavendish are wholly responsible for the falling share price, the words which flew from Ashman in the podcast, and his painfully apparent stupidity has undermined a company which has the potential to have a profound impact on the cosmetic industry.
Professor O'Neil, is the company!
Does the Nomad, not understand freedom of speech and the civil liberties act.
II institutions have a combined holding of 40% of the equity, wish SBTX had this size of institutional holding.
To the majority of us that have Sipp's, Isa's and dealing accounts bulging with SBTX shares, I look forward to greater optimism for this New Year, and the excellent work of Lemming I......tor.
My assumption and also that of TW, revenue from Croda would commence sometime next year. News alone from Croda early in 2024 would spike the share price. and terms for acquisitions would be improved considerably, surely Stuart Ashman can understand the sense in this.
Elric, the share price ain't posting any positives . You known acquisitions before incoming revenue is insane. How do the small work force feel when the BoD's and management are appropriating revenue which they have worked to achieve. TW has more than a point and you in your moderation, fail to make a critical examination of the falling S/P and Ashmans chairmanship;
I verge on TW's assessment that Ashman is a clown, embarking on acquisitions before the income from Croda. The only reasoning I see for this strategy is either SA is a complete fool or to have some protection from a possible takeover??????
A beard could be a disguise for a imposter stating an acquisition by year end.
