Exactly, as Toyin rightly describes, this is a false market, and Sbtx will most likely be approached with an unsolicited bid that will hugely undervalue the company. The sooner the NDA is lifted, the true value of the company can be recognized.

Not much of a fanfare from Croda. If this is how they market their products, no wonder their S/P is languishing at 2 quid. It's a very underwhelming lack lustre promotion. Ashman does need to provide figures, but as to this launch, he is entirely blameless.

I would guess that Croda's marketing has been done, and the advertising fanfare will begin from the cosmetic companies themselves in the weeks ahead. Croda would not steal their thunder; this is all conjecture.

Croda has increased its advertising spend to include a banner and an awning, which, unfortunately, is not in colour.
