In reply to TW's email, Stuart Ashman stated categorically that no introductory fee was paid, either to board members or advisors. This huge financing mistake that the BoD's have inflicted on the company warrants that the board take a salary cut. This gesture would certainly benefit the company and placate investor sentiment.
