There's a new James Barder interview on proactive investor right now, posted in the last hour or so.

All these nervous fum investors bailing out and trying to keep some profit intact, completely understandable and to be expected, and simply because our funding hasn't been sorted out yet, but I'm quite sure most investors will plunge back in again once things stabilise ,and the important funding issues get sorted. The MED GEL opportunity hasn't changed , just our funding needs. I'm remaining relaxed and calm, and very positive about our MED gels opportunities . Our SP will swing widely until funding and nerves get sorted.
I can completely understand anger and frustration towards fum and it's BOD, it's well justified and understandable.

So no matter how hard I bang fums drums , it's unlike to alter people's buying patterns,
As long as you keep De-ramping / sub 20p , then I have no choice but to counteract you in some way, it's unfair to private investors to just let you can't on with no regard to other investors, I can distinguish between people who are justified in their loss and are genuinely upset and want a rant, and someone who's just doing it for fun, and mostly jumps in when fums shares are on the slide. And already taking a beating.

What's at the core of this , a open ended 3rd trials funding needs, we already knew this scenario was coming nearly a year ago, no surprises here, even back then I clearly stated that our licencing partners would most likely fund the 2nd part of our 3rd trial ,after they seen the results of the first part of the 3 rd trial, and it's looking good for a good result. Fum can't obviously bank on them funding the 2nd part of the 3rd trial, nothing's signed for yet , and that's why fum have to provide for alternatives to funding the open ended trial , to provide for every eventuality. It's only prudent and corporately a good move, so we can get a better licencing deal.

I'm not saying fum have got everything right today or ever, but today is mostly nerves and a over reacting to funding that could easily be paid for by a major pharmaceutical companies R&D development budgets. Pfizer what is there R&D budget about $ 8 billion dollars, at the moment fum can't declare who's ultimately paying for our open ended trial, because it's most likely a part of a MED GEL licence deal , that's my take on it, and yes of course I could be totally wrong, but I'm reasonable confident it will happen something like that, and just as our SP fell to below 6p and everyone lost nearly there complete confidence in fum , and yet we came out of the ashes to hit nearly 50p, I know it's torcher , but take out the funding issue and not much has changed from yesterday, except a SP and a very nervous sell off, yes understandable, but maybe not completely justifiable, we will see what the next few weeks and investment journalist think about this funding issue. And if it's paid for by a large pharmaceutical company our SP will possibly rocket.
Zwartkopts your more than justified to challenge me on my post, they might not be 100% correct if at all. But at least I'm trying to Reasonably justify my thinking in my post.
So tomorrow sub 20p or back to 43p , I don't know, somewhere in the middle I would hope, that's my best guess. But should fum bring any early positive clarification around this issue, then it's nearer 50p and very quickly.

Zwartkops there's plenty of cash to be made in shorting a share , buyouts , takeovers, joint ventures, and especially final 3rd trial results, interim and final results, if you know how to play the market, and your prepared to loose serious money,
Making money on a companies journey and final destination, some canny investors could easily have become a millionaire trading in fums shares at the correct times over the years, going in when everyone else feared going in, like right now. And when we were below 6p.

So your right there is lots of cash to be made, but in everywhere you said you couldn't make money ,,LOL,,

So as you can see our 3rd clinical trial is progressing very well, and above the average , and our patient retention is is above average. So it all looks like our 3rd trial is to be a resounding success.
The share price is going to do what's it's going to do, but in the end, it's still going to be many times today's price.

Yes it was a disappointing trading day in fums shares, we've been here before , and we will come back stronger and higher than ever before, at the core of this story is a excellent product that will get snapped up by a major pharmaceutical company at some stage. "Funding" I'm absolutely confident we will get substantial upfront licencing payments very early in the new year.

The going concern basis, that is completely expected, and it comes under normal financial accounting procedures,
Futura can't state we will get large upfront payments from licencing partners just yet, until it's officially signed,
I'm more than confident our licencing partners will pay millions of upfront licence payments, it's a no brainer.

There will be people trying to drive the price down today, opportunist and bear raiders, but we will come back stronger heading towards december. There's no reason that I'm aware of, for a dramatic SP drop other than speculators playing on nerves, it a joke, watch for the bounce back, GLA

These first indicators look like excellent news, the very fact we're going forward into the open- end label extension with our highest dose , indicates to me that no noteworthy adverse effects were found in our highest dose , meaning that it's looking more and more likely that our highest dose seems safe and acceptable to use for the trials participants,
This is in my opinion a great indicator , bar the final readout in December.
If there was any problems, fum would go into the open-ended label extension with a lower dose, excellent news.

Obviously we won't get the 3rd trial results tomorrow, but we should get a indication to how the trial was going,
And in that indication and how the 3rd trials going , we can deduct the level of confidence coming from our BOD.
It's a done deal regarding med2005,s efficacy, but can it be increased to move us up the erectile enhancing scale, that would be a big bonus for us all. And increase the number of patients urologist can treat with our MED GEL.

As I've said before its the stock market, anything can happen, it's a constantly changing world we live in, GLA

We've got a very substantial number of investors following us now, the daily buys and sells are well above the average smaller AIM companies stock turnovers. Excellent .

Still some profit takers, only to be expected at this point, some people don't like uncertainty around any early news about our trial , and reduce there risk accordingly.

I'm in no doubt we will get news that everything's going to plan around med2005 , and our BOD are confident in a even better efficacy with our MED GEL, and our potential licencing partners are now getting better clarity with the sharing of our results along the way.
We obviously won't get the full picture until December, after the results get expertly analyzed, and the place our erectile enhancing GEL gets on that erectile scale, we know we're already half way up that scale, but if the higher doses increases that on the erectile scale , then the gels potential and use could increase substantially.
Our current share price just indicates a useful product, that's the thing ,no one really knows the full potential of this product , and of its efficacy , to capture a substantial slice of the erectile market, and yet we have a ready made prescription market just waiting for us , to more than pay for a very substantial revaluation of our SP and company valuation.
Either way with this product, today's SP is way to cautious of a valuation, and the risk are lower than most other 3 trial products to get to market, courtesy of our 100+ year GTN active ingredient.
I'm really happy were we are at right now, bar the share price, LOL,, but that will change soon .

Zwartkops why would you or anyone else even say or think that, that’s a ridiculous thought to even have, of course Pfizer would fight tooth and nail to keep its blue pill on top,
our med gel targets a section of the market they can’t even sell to, the contraindicated erectile dysfunctional patients , The ones who absolutely can’t take viagra type pills, because of health problems, angina, blood pressure problems etc.

So Pfizer could easily want us , it should pay them from the prescription market alone.
The OTC market when ready, could possibly steal x amount Viagra users , so it’s in Pfizer’s best interest to Monitor , license or buy us out . Or for that matter most of the major erectile dysfunctional pill sellers.

I’m confident with our med gels licensing , our first upfront payment+ will be around 7/10 million,
James barder definitely indicated the potential new licensing partner/ partners would pay for our 3 trial, but i strongly suspect the licensing partners, done a Donal trump act on us, tried the screw us for less of a deal, and that’s why we raised our own money and went it alone into our 3 trial ,
So that’s why I’m confident with that same money and more, will be forthcoming in or next licensing negotiations approximately . 7/10. Million, that money will keep us going until our next upfront 2 stage upfront payment,

James barder would not have lied about this, only in my opinion, I could obviously be completely wrong. But on the balance of probabilities it’s right.
That, around 7million upfront 3rd trial payment was indicated by our potential licensing partner, that money was the carrot to JB, but our specialist negotiating team said no, no , no, we’re giving to much away if we take this upfront payment for our 3rd trials bill, And the rest is history.

Everyone’s guessing here and on other forums, around what price we might be at after a good 3 rd trial result.

Well here’s my guess , it’s only a guess, I’m not mystic meg , LOL,,
I feel looking at our share price today, and looking at our own brokers first estimate of 60p , and a SP of around 44p , and liberums successful after 3rd trial results of £1.37p , then knowing the reluctance of investors in this nervous gyrating market, our Share price could sit around 75p to 90p , either would delight me to be honest. It’s only a guess, and my guess is as good as most people’s, as nobody really knows how all these things will play out.
If there was anybody out there who knew , then they would be selling or mopping up as many shares as possible,LOL if Pfizer was our licensing partner, then my Share price guess would go out the window, and replaced with at least liberums highest price of £1.37p.
