ISG Awarded First Phase of £36 Million Ipswich Regeneration Scheme ISG has secured phase one of a major urban regeneration project with Genesis Housing Association to deliver a mixed-use development in Ipswich. The £15 million contract focuses on the delivery of 386 new homes in the town's historic docklands area and ISG is now working towards the detailed design and costing of the full mixed-use scheme valued at around £36 million. ISG has already carried out a significant £multi-million enabling contract at the site, which commenced in spring 2011, with the construction phase of the development due to commence in October and scheduled for completion in summer 2014.

69.25 to sell 4000 (well below the mid point) so today's buys all look like real buys.

Nice couple of very decent buys today and a general improvement in volume. Ironic that it seems to do so much better when the ramping stops ;-) What RNS is expected within the next 3 weeks though?

Approx £61m value in 2 new contracts for a £140m approx value company sounds like very positive news to me so I'm in. Fundamentals look pretty sound as well - growing profits and a nice and growing dividend. Even Robbie the naked trader likes them! Obviously do your own research as my investments don't usually go to plan!

Any views on recent retrace? Its gone very quiet on here. I just got my sub 70p top up at 68.99 - its appearing as a sell. Fingers crossed.

Half yearly report announcing dividend was on 31st August last year - probably around same time frame this year. So 4 and a half weeks yet. If its 2.4p again that's around 3.4%. Might see a bit of buying in but wouldn't expect that to set the world on fire although its good for an interim by anyone's standards. I don't really see why they'd RNS receiving a payment. More likely would RNS a payment not being received after a protracted length of time and the risk of not getting it or of legal action to get it. Not suggesting any risk of that in this case though. Needs real news to get this going again.

The rns mentioning the maiden dividend last year was 31st august. Best bet is probably a similar time frame this year without any other info to go on. Might come sooner, you never know.
