It would look like whoever has been dumping shares and if it is who I think it is they have a floor they won’t go below and will sit it out and sell Ito the next rise if they have not already sold out
Good thing about sellers is they do eventually run out
We were NT to buy this morning and I did a dummy sell of 3m for 1.11 and obviously the seller won’t go below 1.15 imho approx.

It is UFO’s poor housekeeping and admin which has caused the issue. The old website was last updated in a july having approx 25% less shares in circulation than now thus the 2 main holders have been diluted making sense
3% of holding is now about 96m shares where previously on old numbers it was about 75m
The aznav shares of I think someone said 118m holding is now below 3% thus in an ideal world a TR1
The question is how many of the shares have been sold
Good to have a new website and hope they keep it up to date and we don’t have to keep working things out in the dark
Let’s hope this block selling is over with and good news before the agm

Gravner and windfield is what ufo have updated the website with do they must have been notified of the current shareholder % holdings
When this happened we do not know but if aznav have at some point reduced their holding which it would suggest they have then I would have expected a TR1
I’m hoping a new TR1 holder may also happen
It’s up to ufo clarify, looks messy and disorderly at best

Check the annual report Dec released in June it has the major holders in there apart from aznav

Sept presentation has the holdings and 3% shareholders and aznav not on there and old website is 4 months out of date

Yes, the good news is they might not of finished selling and I think they have 3 days to issue TR1
They must of been notified as the website had been updated
The good news is when the selling pressure is finished and the rns for drilling come out up we go

Aznav maybe reduced holding earlier in the year and could still have 2.99% and gravner is reduced due to placings we don’t know
What we do know is ufo have updated the website and it asks some questions that’s all as we are all curious how this share has collapsed and who has been selling
