The SP is not the measure to view the directional movement over the past 18 months
With placings, dilution purchases and JV’s etc etc the Market Cap has moved form about £2m to todays approx £23m or what ever it is. That’s approx 10 fold
What this now needs is some revenue creation and movement from exploration to development/ production
Lots of mining shares have been hit the past 12 months
It does look a bit gloomy if you just look at SP movement at face value
On top of that there is a lot of competition looking for shareholders investment
Looks like it needs buying pressure or good news to move into the pennies again

Breed bate - word of the day. Look it up
BB doing what we said it eventually would do. Quietest BB going from 0.55p to 4p
ZPHR doesn’t track Brent , it’s WTI oil

Let the sellers out before the fundamentals are independently ratified with the CPR, Q4 production numbers and the new $36m purchase of non core wells is finalised all in January

RNS for confirmation of financing for non core new assets early next week. Based on the fact the deal has been in the making for last 6 months and shareholders and directors have contributed to the deposit it’s a no brainier
Ended on day high on Friday with 7p needed for peanuts
Was trading at 5.5/6p in Aug now 7/7.5p in Nov
New range to double digits has started
Retail traders have sold out taking profits and no volume this week. The big deep pocket Investor’s will appear in Q1

Good timing with the update as technically it is a strong bull and set up for a break out
Just about the only SP to have moved up and held these past few weeks
Low volume of trades and no sell off
Strong shareholder base with 60% held tightly by 12 individuals which are amazing mechanics

7.3/7.4p was resistance and acted as support
SP moved from 8p to 7.25p on very low hourly volume trades if you check it out over the 5 day hourly chart
This trading range has been broken and 8p plus will be quickly here which for the LTH’s is just another step
10% SP increase in March was 0.20p, now it is nearly 1p and compounded profits start to get massive
The measured risk here was never the mgt, financing or finding oil it was all about the technology
Colin and Tyndall’s our two largest shareholders backed the technology
This was a measured risk never a gamble
The MCap has moved from £4m to £100m and has had a 70% dilution along the way with the 500m placing of £10m
This was all without any real non core or paradox production
We now have production, increased assets and a future PB drill programme which will be transformational
With this exceptional leadership team, world class assets and cutting edge technology to deliver production and unlock the the PB I find it difficult to put a upper MCap on this business
I will let the engaging / trustworthy Colin and the very underrated Mr Chairman in the background who knows more than you think to guide us
Doing nothing and letting your winners run is a very difficult thing to do with all the noise
Exciting times ahead is an understatement

When I bought 6.5m 2 weeks ago in one day the SP sent from 6.8p to 7.4p in one day

I will have to dust down the old shares Ive held since the 35/45p days which must be about 10 years ago. They are in an old trading account as I had basically given up on them which is not active lol

I have to get the compliance police to sign off the cross tradings before they are actioned
Like wise cross tradings are form one holder to another which are off book which have no impact on the SP
We look to have a seller again but that's what makes the market

I only cross trade as I have about 5 different accounts and need to move stuff around
No problem with cross trading , not sure why you are so hung up about it
Better to cross trade than selling and buying back on the open market
No news and oil prices is giving people a good top up or entry point

I moved 3.53m existing shares from isa to sipp
Sold 4.5m at 7p for 11m PXEN a few weeks ago on the dips in PXEN
Bought 3.1m and 3.35m
Hope that clears it up
Bottom line is I have a lot and happy to hold

Kenny - you obviously have no idea of this share
I bought another 6.5m on Friday because i can on red Friday and this SP was up 5% on red Friday
I bought them & 7p so that’s what volume buying does. I have been in here since 0.55p
You should also look at PXEN which is about to fly and I also have 6% i there
