Markets dont like surprises and having listened to Colin for 8 months post the March placing with no warrants what has happened is not what was expected

The uncertainty of the Selva deal now removed as finance in place which is great news to love forward
Would of been good if the Placing price was a bit higher but most importantly there are no warrants or loan notes as per previous fund raises
The broker option facility of 3.5p is a good option and if its easier to buy in the open market 3.85p is the current offer

I was in UFO at 0.18p and £2m MCap, sold out at 3p and £90m MCap downwards. GLA to anyone in it and each to their own

Nothing changing quickly in here until after next Friday when the 170m placing shares from the second wave have to be paid for
Warrants are a ****e show and causing all the churn and sell off where people have no money
Buy £50k of placing shares with money you don’t have or have no intention of buying . Sell the 1m shares at 5p region and keep 250k warrants at 7.5p
Warrants are the hidden dilution and killer of MCap
Just shows what a mess they got in having to finance the deal. I find it amazing they had to give warrants with the placing even at such a discounted price
The risk / reward last March when they raised £10m was far greater but no warrants issued
It will all be good long term but it just got longer and a bit side tracked
Note the finest hour in my opinion the past few months
When the brokers and bankers know you need money they will screw you all the way
I was in from 2020 so had no interest in exploring the placing offer

Picked up another 200k at 9.8p today to take me up to 750k between 9.8p and 10.5p
None left on the RSP bid from the 2 MM’s my broker was getting them from
52 week SP low and PM’s not in fashion at the moment in the junior section but see then being strong later in the year
Not sure who is moving on and selling out but will keep collecting shares if more become available down at these prices
Very tight share register which helps it move quickly, just look at PXEN these past few weeks where sentiment has returned
Let’s see what trading patterns take shape over the next few weeks and an update on the outstanding drill update

Chart has turned bullish after being bearish for 3 months. Dropped from mid 14’s to 10p.
I only got 50% of my order filled on Friday so the free float looks like it is running low
