HI ST, yes still fully loaded in zephyr and good to see you in here
Took a big lump of these and really like them
You know how it is , buy lots early when they are on offer
Lots of similarities with zephyr such as
Big Placing of 600m shares and share dilution to raise cash
BOD big holding and TR1 holders
Cash generative, producer and have a strategic vision
Very good with communication
Churning the placing shares and then up it goes
Again mid to long term I like the story
Let’s sit back and let it play out as I think the churning of shares is well on its way

I always like to buy when they are on offer and whilst the placing shares are being churned It seemed a good idea
I did the same in Zephyr Energy and bought millions of them when they placed at 2p and once the placing shares churned they moved quickly to 7p
That is still my biggest holding as won't be selling them
Always buy when they are on offer
I like what I have read and researched so have jumped in and will add on any weakness

7 producing wells plus 15 to come on line pre March 2022
JV to unlock future non operated wells as and when
Strategic development project about to turn into a production model with unlimited opportunity and additional land obtained
McCoy project still first refusal status if it is deemed the right next move
Only BOD's and Turner Pope warrants circa 65m which will bring in another £2m at 2.2p and 3p or thereabouts
Possible more DOE grants to further develop the PB
Oil demand growing faster for 2022 than first thought
Oil prices up 45% in 2021 with further upside in 2022 a real possibility
OPEC+ controlling the supply levels
Opportunity in the future for Colin to raise a safe level of debt to run faster
JV/Farm in potential
Carbon Neutral now active with Prax marketing the PB - Great model
Future chance of selling the company not off the cards once assets become clearer

Are we saying Miton Asset Mgt have now got 57.5m shares & Premier Miton UK Smaller Companies have got 31m shares or are they one of the same. I am sure all will become clear just like Tyndall’s TR1 increase did today.

It’s never a good raise when you give warrants away with a placing despite the activation clause being at an escalator value
I was hoping the 13m warrants from the previous raise was the end of the warrants
67m shares with 20m warrants now outstanding to be exercised so in reality 87m shares with potentially £2m in the bank if all exercised which is most needed
Just a shame the placings at a very small discount could not be got away without warrants, but that’s what exploration and junior mining is all about

The 138m are the same shares held in The holding company
They also have about 35m warrants
All looking ace in here, just patience required, nothing else

The risks in here have been significantly reduced from when Colin started this process and the 0.55p placing a year ago
In this time he has also done a meaning full cash raise of £10m in March/April and has a portfolio of non operated producing / near producing wells which they will develop further / add further new plays
Tyndall's, Edale and Miton hold 200m shares and the BOD's have another 136m shares
There is zero debt and ony BOD's / broker warrants left which is not a problem
Based on that all is good and the big day is getting nearer
For me this is the time to just sit and wait.
As i was told by someone when i asked if they were confident, the reply back was very confident
Remember, everything has risks associated to it, the ones in here are reducing all the time

NT again, now those 6p warrants have all been cleared there is nothing to hold this back
12p warrants will either be exercised and bring in £1.6m cash or expire in January 2022
