And I will happily buy stock on sale with Loxley, Turkey news and any other business update in the form of an RNS, which could drop any day now. Although a positive result today would have been an unexpected bonus the outcome was absolutely what everyone was banking on so nothing really has changed at all. It’s not the end of the world - as many others have pointed out earlier, appeal process will likely mirror Loxley. Gla

They were never going to pass it - too bothered in their *own* interests. Certainly never going to get anyone in favour of the national interest, which is typical human nature. Look forward to swatting these drones at appeal.

Feel like there's a bit of panic selling going on before this IOW committee verdict. If they say no, it doesn't really change anything and we've got Loxley to come in the UK.

think that's a great post you've written earlier. A genuine understanding into how these guys think and the reality of the situation when they are put under pressure to make a decision. But we will see what tomorrow brings. And lets be honest - Counsellor Bacon looks like a right smug git. His expression reminds me of someone that drives a Hybrid off South Park. If the IOW planners have recommended Arreton approval on the basis of an initial 3 year contract, I don't see why people can't just be pragmatic in the context of UK energy requirements. There are serious global initiatives in place to tackle global warming, which this would have zero impact on. Moreover, Outstanding Areas of Natural Beauty that some of these snowflakes have mentioned in island complaints are heavily conserved and protected. UKOG are not going to affect them. Also lets face it, there's sod all to do in Arreton - probs got a couple of decent pubs that would come in handy during this relatively small scale exploration and for any of the weirdos on twitter.
