Hi Guys,
I've found this article on the following website, it's written in French so i've used Google translate to convert. Could some you clever buds that are a lot smarter than me and much more knowledgable about Oriole Resources please have a read and feedback.
Is this something to be concerned about from an investor's perspective?

Mining sector: Australian Oriole Resources plans to issue 166.7 million shares by 2027 to develop its gold projects in Cameroon.
The operation planned in four tranches worries mining experts who suspect the company of increasing stock market speculation, by promising exploration results higher than reality, to raise funds without actually investing in the Cameroonian project for which it holds mining licenses.
Oriole Resources, an Australian mining company active in the Central and Adamaoua regions (Bibemi and Mbe licenses), announced a fundraising through the issue of 166.7 million shares at a rate of 0.33 pence, spread over four tranches until 2027. This operation aims to finance the development of its gold projects in Cameroon. The first tranche, scheduled for November 2024, includes the issuance of 64.7 million options. The following three tranches, amounting to 34 million options each, will be carried out in 2025, 2026 and 2027. In total, the company will have carried out nearly ten fundraising operations over five years to support its activities in Cameroon.
According to the company, this announcement comes as part of a broader restructuring of Oriole Resources' assets in Cameroon. The company recently obtained authorization from the Ministry of Mines to transfer the operating license of Bibemi to its subsidiary OrrCam2 and that of Mbe to its main investment vehicle. Furthermore, Oriole bought the minority stakes of BEIG3 in Bibemi for $39,000 and of Roxane Minerals in Mbe for $100,000, thus increasing its stake in these two licenses to 90%. These operations aim to simplify Oriole's structure and focus its efforts on the development of these two promising gold projects in the country.
Suspicions of speculative financial transactions
However, the recent restructuring operations of Oriole Resources, widely publicized in the financial markets, are causing concern among experts in the mining sector. The latter suspect the company of increasing speculative financial operations, such as share issues and options, in order to raise funds without investing significantly in the exploration and exploitation of Cameroonian deposits.
