If there are major issues they wouldn't necessarily tell us about them yet as they could say they trying to get other solutions over the line and if RNS comes out with bad news it will be because they simply cannot get it over the line. so silence is not necessarily something we can assume is a good thing unfortunately, given the background of this management team with HE1 - its all coming down to the wire, the pressure is obviously on otherwise they would have a RNS out with contract confirmation already. It was ready for signing apparently and then Noble funding came in and made no difference to the situation that we thought it would be. I am hopeful RNS comes in this week declaring contracts signed, rig mobilisation underway and a big PHEW....
Lets hope they break that soon with some positive news!
...again... constantly indicating something will happen and provide reasonable timeframes and stay silent right up to the very edge of the expectations - if they come in with confirmation of Rig and plans are still in place as projected, this share is going to FLY - you wont even be able to buy properly.. IMO will fly over 10p very rapidly.. the Helium is there - just need the RIG!
The Pound is much stronger these days so HE1 USD balance will have increased quite a bit maybe a million bucks over the last 6 months
Here are some suggested tweets with accompanying pictures (that dont require RNS):
1. Exciting progress at the Tai site as our Operations Manager prepares the ground for drilling. #ProjectUpdate #MilestoneAchieved [Insert Picture]
2. Setting up the campsite at our project location. Our team is ready for the upcoming drilling operations. #PreparationsInProgress #Teamwork [Insert Picture]
3. Strengthening partnerships! Lorna, our representative in Tunisia, shakes hands with the drill boss, marking an important collaboration for the project. #GlobalPartnerships #TeamWork [Insert Picture]
4. Breaking boundaries! Ian, our CEO, collaborates with Noble's CEO in Australia to explore cost-saving opportunities. #Collaboration #Innovation [Insert Picture]
These ideas not only raise the profile of our project but also demonstrate our commitment to stakeholders, including the government of Tanzania. Stay tuned for more updates! #ProjectProgress #StakeholderEngagement
They have Lorna, Ian and Exec Board members and an Operations Lead - they should all be out there promoting this business and the Helium Dream as they is so much fun to be had, this is major stuff, all stakeholders around the world are going to be truly excited about this Helium project and yet they sit there in silence and say nothing for weeks on end. They really are a boring bunch and give us no confidence at all.
Imagine he was the boss of HE1 - would have more news flow and upbeat messaging and confidence in plans and out there interviewing and promoting the business and upcoming drilling campaign, probably be doing two drills, etc. The silence from HE1 is astounding - I dont know why she hasnt done more promotional type interviews and at least updated via tweets on the progress of site preparation and firming up the plans in preparation for August..
Plus also HE1 have indicated that they are always looking at other rig providers as back up plan so they should be able to call on those efforts when it comes to more drilling post discovery so they may not need Tunisia drill more than what is planned in August.
What does HE1 do if they want to do more drilling? Will they not get access to the Tunisian drill once they release it after 1 drill at Tai to Noble?
Questions to ask Noble should there be Q&A:
Are you still in partnership with HE1 for purpose of saving on drill mobilisation costs?
Are you still on track for a rig to be loaded on to ship by end of June?
When do you expect to confirm to market the signing of all relevant agreements including export and shipping paperwork that you referred to in an earlier presentation?
Yep - it will likely be through Noble that we are HE1 shareholders find out the latest status of the drill repairs and contract etc. I doubt HE1 will say anything now until contract is signed with parties conductive to their drilling plans. Im still hopeful that HE1 come back in with a deal securing 2 drills with option for 3 based on equity raise after second drill completed and go it alone. They had I think 13-15m USD so if they have been prudent on costs, they should be able to slip in a couple of drills and have a bit of working cap to keep everything else ticking over.
One big happy and dysfunctional HELIUM FAMILY residing in the RUKWA
Let's not make assumptions about who is the sharpest tool or not. We are all residing in RUKWA and hoping for the best. I believe we are all HODLers, albeit with varying levels of confidence. It ultimately depends on our mental strength and risk tolerance. At the end of the day, we are all in this together!
Yeah if they get discovery then Lorna will become an instant MULTI MILLIONAIRE with her options she now has as part of her package - so she does have a LOT to go for... she would become a BIG FISH in the Helium and Discovery business... overnight.
With regards to career reputations I dont believe it has any impact on them at all. After leaving the HE1 project in tatters, Minch moved on straight away to another plush job. No impact at all.
Anything could happen now chaps...... sure we can go on facts which is what they have told us to date but history tells us that there is possibility that things are not going to plan and that they dump on us an operational update with 'we are pleased to update the unfortunate turn of events etc' and they could be anything. All one needs to do is look back on HE1 history of this behaviour to understand why some investors be extremely nervous with this silence from HE1.
In reality all we have is HOPE. We know the helium is there to discover BUT....
Exactly - well put. thanks.
Unlike NHE directors investing over $1M of their own cash in the last fund raise. This will be on top of their existing cash input too - so they are HEAVILY invested which gives great confidence.
Our directors just watch Minch and now Lorna do her work and take benefits as cash and travel/expense reimbursements and being able to say they are Non Exec Director of such and such.... dont know why Ian bothered with them. Dont need them they havent done anything to make this project a success. Not from what I see...
Directors have done nothing. They participated in the 5p cash call I think but not sure on the details. Nothing that would indicate they taking any real personal risk with the project.
She is primarily a geologist, not a CEO, despite being given the role after Minch's departure. Her focus is likely on the geological aspects, having conducted the necessary work to validate her theories. She is likely only waiting for a drill to arrive and prove her hypotheses. It's doubtful that she fully understands the importance of providing regular updates and news to appease shareholders and keep investors informed throughout the project. She may not grasp the shareholders' perspective and therefore may not prioritise communication until the critical moment of "rig signed, see you at spud." This approach may be seen as uninteresting and lacking engagement. If the project fails, she may not be personally affected and will move on to another well-paying job, much like Minch. Personally, I wouldn't invest in this team again. Unfortunately, I was greatly influenced by Minch and now find myself holding on desperately with hope. But that's okay; it is what it is. Just sharing my thoughts...will it work out? My view is “probably” …but its not been easy with Minch and now Lorna in the drivers seat. Lets see – hopefully its all going to plan for spud August. That’s what I am looking forward to…
