Market cap based on ambiguous Helium quantities

if it turns out that the amount of Helium is FAR GREATER than expected - well I would hope this would flow back in to LTHs with some relief attached.

They have effectively bankrupted all long term holders then havent they? All those that got in 5-29p range have been written off permanently .

Later on could they use Helium sales to buy back shares and bring the ownership circle tighter for us? bring that count down

But we still dont really know how much helium is in the region that is likely granted a mining license - there is a chance it could be extensive and with current market price for Helium gas on the increase with no end in sight - could be chucked a meaty bone here? the Blue Star appears to have a £2m cash potential for HE1 which isnt much to factor in so it comes down to the RUKWA quantity right? They could have £4 billion worth of Helium in the ground - thats a possible right?

That will bring the stock price back up to all time highs? A LONG way I get that - but for sake of conversation what scenario within our pack of cards could ultimately deal a 30p price again?

Yes I was wondering about the motivations and alignment to generating shareholder wealth.

We have been paying for a hot stacked rig with nothing to show for it - why they not use some of the money and get back to Tai and drill the rest? They say they have money but I suspect they just want to ensure they get their salaries as first priority for as long as possible before a funding is required - perhaps they putting themselves first as opposed to putting DRILL BABY DRILL first and get back to TAI? After all, we have paid dearly for that unfinished potential at TAI....

Well thats interesting - someone with enough shares maybe did a protest vote. CFO should take note to up his game. Doubt CEO knows much about anything like financials except Geology (the Helium) - does the Chairman have serious skin in the game to be motivated to direct the CEO and CFO to do things better or is he simply a function to ensure boxes are ticked and not incentivised here for us?

What does this mean for HE1? The majority of shareholders voted against the financial accounts resolution? What's consequence of this? what is the issue - sorry if I have missed this but if anyone can clarify it would be appreciated.

Personally speaking I reckon we already have commercial based on first half of EWT.

Im all for this RUKWA project with an unfortunately high holding stock price 10-15p range - been in from the beginning, unable to average down. Really hoping that one day they stop issuing equity and start building value to bring this stock price up to more reasonable levels.

Yes I am sure Noble could do with a solid rig like ours...

I see Minch at HEX has the same experience as early HE1 days - cut corner on rig - you'd think he would go for something solid not to repeat the HE1 issue when he went to TAI with a tiny mineral rig completely stuffing up the project.

Another question - so our Rig sitting hot stacked - is that only been used for the deepening of the well for EWT and sitting there not being used now or is it still part of the EWT process? If not being used, they should get it moving on another spot right? We own it and staff it 24/7 so we really should be putting it to constant use? If you own your rig, and have your spare parts and fully staffed team to support it why not put it to constant use? Drill another site no?

Thats quite good for us then - quite happy with that. a smart move - lots of upside on that one could be a real money spinner funding the RUKWA expansion of exploration efforts over the years ahead.

So it doesnt matter how much dilution Blue Star does - HE1 will never be impacted as they retain always the right to 50% of the project benefits.

Apologies if I have missed this - so it is correct to interpret that HE1 paid money for 50% of all project benefits and not getting any stocks for that. So it's a pay for right to half the benefits from a particular project. Not a payment of money and acquire Blue Star stocks for that.

Will HE1's investment in this business be diluted or not? I'm unclear on whether Blue Star's dilution efforts could actually impact HE1's investment. Does anyone have insights into the potential risks to HE1's investment in this situation?

Yep - awesome - very smooth beginning to this new phase of works - I think finally we on to something much bigger soon.

Yep I certainly appreciated the update. Much better than drill break down or adverse operational issues. This is so far a clean job so now it's time to establish the EWT and come up with potential levels of commerciality. I am hopeful this becomes a self funding business no more equity raises so at least give LTHs a chance to see prices move north back above 10-15p (one day I hope so anyway)

Ok thats great - so its solid rock - its not a helium gas stored under some kind of cap is it? So they hit the bottom and the helium source is within the range of 1129m and not below the solid rock have I interpreted this correctly?

I was wondering given our drill can go much deeper and also that helium increases the deeper they go why they stopped where they did? Does anyone have any insight in to why they would stop at 1129m and not go further?

I am expecting an announcement regarding the additional 150 meters. They should test this extra depth to determine the percentage of helium present, which is anticipated to be higher, as they have indicated that helium concentrations increase with depth.
