Their options are around 6-7p, so it's reasonable to assume that they won't be forced to sell for an offer under 7-8p, as they'll want to profit themselves. For those today, this is great news. However, for long-term holders (LTHs) who are mostly over 10p, some even in the 20-wing, this presents a dilemma: sell and lose nearly 100% or simply hold on and hope.
In my opinion, the outcome depends entirely on Lorna. Is she willing to sell at a premium to today's price, securing some gains for herself and a solid career with the buyer? Or does she aim to turn this into a self-funding project based on ITUMBULA, continually drilling and finding pockets of helium, with mini production units added on to transform it into a major business?
While I'd prefer the latter scenario, I sense she'll take the cheap way out and bolt. Why? Because she sold everyone out at 0.25p in one swipe, which reveals her mindset.
