11 days since JAN missed their own timeline of producing the feasibility study - must be something soon? Company presenting at the investor show in two weekends time and are also holding an event for investors before the show. I don't think Jan would be silly enough to turn up without news on the study, financing and the trial mine.... Expecting news in the coming days... An interesting post the other day I ready - two directors own 91 Million shares between them (over 3.6 million pounds worth at current value). This would have been worth over 4.6 million pounds just a few weeks ago. So, hopefully the directors are not happy that their stock value is down over a million - much more incentivised for the share price to go up than 99.9% of companies.... If JAN does well, PIs invested will do pretty well, two main directors could easily make 10s of millions....

Many companies/individuals do not keep to the timelines of when they are supposed to declare a major interest in a company. Market regulators rarely make examples of those who do this, so it is becoming more and more common.... JSW would be very clever to build up a stake at this level. Might add a bit of tension and spice to the ongoing talks though if they suddenly declared a 5 or 6% stake....

John - looking forward to your comments after you speak to the board. We certainly need some clarity - did PDZ mess up the paperwork or is this a more complex JSW plotted delay with the assistance M of E (who have a stake in JSW) or something in between??

Just for clarity, how much debt do you think RRL have?? Think you need to look a little deeper, as you seem very confused with your numbers.... I will post some details when I get some free time tomorrow...

Landau, Puntland, Rum, RSR and now a bunch of anonymous Chinese guys / gals. A really weird company over the last decade or so, horrible if you have been invested for that period. Buys at one point at 25p - now people are celebrating buys at 0.25p. Just a 99% drop. Too much debt that they won't ever be able to manage / service (well, not in a way that provides a proft for holders). Feel for long term holders - many of whom have too much loyalty to a company that has constantly slapped them in the face. yet they cling on even though they know the limitations. Such a shame - I would love a surge to a penny or so to allow those people to get out with something at least....

So, nice to see shat / mog character turn up and talk to themselves - could almost be the same person - certainly the same agenda.... Just look at the number of shares the board own. Yes, they will seek finance in some form at some point, but they would be hurting themselves alot more that us small PIs if they do this poorly. Really feel more likely to get a debt facility / loan to get us to the trial mine - this makes sense given the crazy quick payback period... We will see - everyone just putting forward ideas at the moment, only proof will be in the RNS....

At 4.03p just now - up to nearly 800K now - very confident this will be double digits when PFS lands - 4p good support level and looks like it is itching to launch from this point pretty soon.... When it breaks 4.2p we are off to all time highs and beyond....

A great interview - holders should listen to this every week to keep them focused on what a monster this share will become. One of the few AIM plays that will go all ther way from explorer, to developer to producer. Billion dollar MC in 2/3 years IMO.

Brandon Hill was appointed joint broker in January - so more than likely, if financing for the trial mining was being sought (in whatever form) , it would have probably been done through them, and not Beaufort. There was a reason that JAN recruited them in January. A) They had heard something about Beaufort or B) They were planning to work with them on new financing (and keeping Beaufort as back up).

Would love the forestry licence for Baroi to come in - a beautiful project that once proven up, judging by Steve's words. could more than justify the current MC itself. A HUGE few weeks and months ahead!

Fascinating interview by TM - had 3 listens and still absorbing it all.... Regarding Beutong, obviously we do the necessary work to get to 80% asap and Steve is chmping at the bit to get started. Interesting comments about how so much data was privately done so not in public yet. ARS team obviously have seen it though. Long term (2 to 3 years) once we have proven up the Beutong resource a farm out looks likely. Can see a major coming in and taking 50% leaving ARS with 30% free carry to production and a heap of cash to develop Baroi and get BKZ into production. (Hoping BKM will already be in production by this point.) Thoughts??

Agreed, seriously important people who have THEIR money, expertise and influence in UPL. I guess CVs like that of Staley attract some calibre... No surprise that we finished flat today - small drop to flush out sellers before big news? We will see....

Agreed, everyone strapped in waiting for Sarawak - hardly any free float. Decent chance that we end the day up IMO. Why sell now when news (due any day) could drastically change the MC.

Huge chance - the way the copper demand and price is rising - I can see 25p+ offers coming in this year. ARS worth much more than that, but with our MC so low right now, we are the most obvious copper play out there, especially when Beutong kicks off imminently and the geology there is proven.

In particular, any get a chance to chat to board and ask a few questions after the presentation??

Not sure if you have spent any time in Sumatra, but pretty much barr a couple of lakes and villages, everything north of Medan is thick jungle right up until you reach Banda Aceh.... Sure there are other world class projects not even on the radar yet of any company / geologists....

Upside is scary here - with the mining markets on the rise this really is the perfect storm for ARS - Really can see this over a billion market cap in 3 years time.....
