Clown - after months of ramping this (when there really were no assurances of how financing would happen) you bail on the day that CEO confirms that he would prefer to fund the project out of his own project than raise below IPO price. The risk has been the last few months. Another clueless investor who will look back in the autumn when this is double digits and (rightfully) slap himself silly. You are wrong on so many levels... Embarrassed for your strategy / logic....

That financing and PFS will both come this week.... If so, there will be a stampede of people looking to take an entry position. Problem though, a few individuals hold the majority of stock and most PI holders, who know the story, will be holding tightly too... So very little free float, this could get pushed high very quickly with some volume...

Support at 2.5p truly broken now - apathy has destroyed this... Needs buying pressure or news pretty quickly here....

Problem for Aminex is how to attract new holders, almost impossible with Zubair possible farm-out / buy-out looming in the background. To move the share price it needs buyers, but why would new buyers expose themselves to so many unknown - smart play is to see how this unfolds and then take positions (or not, depending on the news).

I had a large-ish buy order put in yesterday afternoon at 4.2 that didn't go through, frustrating that it didn't go through, but bodes well for the strength of the share now....

given that so many new shares have been issued. Makes me think that... 1) Given the low MC and active exploration programme, flippers think they can get more than just 10-15%, so are willing to hold for longer than there normal few seconds post placing. 2) Maybe more shares went to stickier share holders than we imagined.... Interesting to see volume over the next 2 days or so....

I am not sure that is a very accurate way to value a company - just adding up their exploration costs....

I have been adding at this level too - I have it on good authority that BM has rejected money at this level... He suffers more than any (holds over 23%) if they dillute at a low level.

I think if Kelvin comes in and South Disouq all connects we could be looking at 3 pounds + in 2019... Revenue in 2018 from this. Not bad when you put aside Moroccan and other Egyptian profitable assets. $30m in the bank still, so no need for any more funding or net. This should massively rerate without the need for any new shares....

Add Kelvin (maybe this time next week) and we could be looking at 100 MMscf/d scheduled to come into production this year!!!! MASSIVE!

Yep, Beaufort screwed them last time and sold into the market immediately.... You watch this time, steady big IIs who are in for the long run....

10:1 more likely (than 20:1) so as to keep a decent level of liquidity. A consolidation shouldn't make a difference, but look at say the last 100 companies that have done share consolidationsand I would suggest that the big majority fell in price quite a bit in the immediate aftermath (every company I have been involved with that did a consolidation has). Newsflow could stop that I suppose.

I have said it many times before - the 2.50 support has to hold (bounced off this mark a few times and historic support too)..... Many stop losses just below this mark - really need some news soon....

Think a lot of people are going to be very surprised by the amount that is raised (much smaller than most think), which people are involved in the raising and the terms.... ; )

Do people think this price will be hit when new shares are issued (after EGM) or are we thinking they are going to sticky holders and that the SP should stay north of this figure?

It's that 2.5p perilous cliff again that we're facing (long term support line), sure JB not bothered, but as holders it's worrying for us. This level needs to hold. I suspect there are quite a few stop losses just below this level, so if they get taken out and this drops I am not sure where the next big support. Any TA people with views on this? Ntorya / Ruviuma news this week, of course, could turn this around completely and get some momentum going the other way...

Depends on the terms of financing and the new timelines for trial mine etc if we have a big rise or not..... One thing I would say is that there are 100s of PIs watching this one (especially on twitter) - many looking to jump in if the terms of financing and the numbers in the PFS are good. Very important how the next pieces of news are managed from a PR point of view - BM needs to front the news and do all the podcasts, interviews etc and the play the game.....

Agreed, board can't justify this salary against their cutrrent performance level. I would look to slash their salaries by a huge % and then give them lots of bonuses based on share price performance and hitting major milestones. Happy to end up paying more of a salary by doing this, but with the assurances that targets and shareholder value has been achieved. Keep watching that 2.5 level, as if this closes below there (with current sentiment) there could be trouble....

Did anyone go to the investor night / show? Really hope someone got some answers regarding what is going on with PFS / funding etc. It is OK to miss timelines, but (especially when they are your own timelines) you need to explain why and be open to the reasons etc.

Obviously see the bigger picture and happy to average down from their early buys.... Two tier 1 assets here, many other IIs I am sure will be considering taking stakes at this low level too....
