Using a law firm for advice whilst doing a deal is standard practice I'd imagine. Doesn't have any bearing on whether the partnership will be a success or not.

Magnus was a ramper of this back in the RMS days. His usual BS of buying every day then disappeared after the price tanked.

Company doesn't give a damn about the PI that post here. About 30% of the company shares are held by 2 main shareholders now (Lanstead and Cave) so can't see us emailing Herring making any difference. The Lanstead deal gives the company an income of sorts to keep the lights on, Duffin gets his £16k p/m wage so he's happy. The wait continues.

MyIPA, the share price is on its ar*e entirely due to the BoD and their (lack of) action or communications. Nothing to do with new posters being negative to get a lower entry.

Can't see any product launch from Volz or the JV happening until next year now, only a few weeks of the year left before xmas and NY shutdown. Ditto for any of the jam tomorrow deals with the 7 verticals as well. Nothing to suggest that Volz have jumped ship though, Marsh and Thornton are still with Virosynth.
Just IMO, happy get get proved wrong.

Guess there's no point having GB Nano online shop if they don't have any products to sell. gbnano.co.uk was registered within days of the original GB Nano company being set up by Duffin but it still just links to a Ionos holding page.

I don't think we'll get an RNS about the JV / Volz products until Volz say so, think they're in the driving seat with that side of things. Maybe they are doing a soft launch with an existing customer, maybe still waiting for this Leach approval, maybe still working out production... who knows! Just IMO

No need to be rude NG1, Duffin never said he'd update the market in that interview, he just said they expect to get Leach approval by end October.

Duffin never said they'd update at the end of last month. The company don't update every stage of development so you may not get an RNS until the product is ready to sell or be launched by Volz, if that ever happens of course. The BOD are treating shareholders with contempt with this lack of any type of update. Definitely not a strong buy at the moment.

The company never said they were going to update the market at the end of October tbf. Duffin mentioned in an interview about waiting for Leach approval by the end of October then Volz would have what they need to start selling. That's clearly not happened yet for whatever reason. Wouldn't surprise me if we don't hear about Volz products on the market until next year.
