not really, no new guidance issued today from them so theyre just regurgitating the drop in sales, which we knew and expected. I dont think anyones really expecting a massive turnaround in the next 12 months - from retail in general never mind BOO. Lyttle says he remains positive on the long term prospects, most shareholders do too id have thought else why hold them. BOO will come good, just depends if youre willing to hold long term or want a quick profit imo

and again, we sit 20% up YTD and shorts reducing by 50%+ so someone is obviously buying. maybe you have got it all wrong. did you consider that?. even BoA has a 75p rating. somebody is clearly wanting boo

and yet here we are 20% up YTD and the shorts have halfed. definately a downward spiral.

who cares what revb relist at, we arent invested in them. if it relists at 1p all the better, kamani would snap them right up. they may be historic bad practises but those that did them have long gone now. not that ANY of that matters, it doesnt affect the sales boo get from selling thier products, and the margins would be much better if they just cut out the middle man and bought the company.

marketcap is valued at net assets and about a months revenue currently. huge prospects coming with US DC, ventures with indian market, all those covid aquasitions they are steamlining and relaunching, big stake in a beauty business they already sell (why buy into a business if your not making money from the products…hmmm, or are they). huge names in endorsements - a kardashian with 200m followers plus many more.

seeing this drop 10% when i woke up yesterday i thought F this and almost sold and took a huge loss even though Ive been in for 13 months nowwaiting for the recovery. I saw (amongst all the crap that gets posted here) someone said dont do any kneejerk reactions to the drop and it stopped me pressing sell. and today over 8% back up and a short completely closing out id have been furious with myself, because I know this is a good business just having hard times. so whoever it was that posted that thankyou :) onwards we go, great end to the week!

all that so BG master fund could increase by 0.04%? they were the only ones reported an increase. sounds like a stretch tbh

they dropped below the reporting threshhold last month, possibly been at .48% since then which makes yesterdays increase absolutely miniscule

tiny increase made yesterday, for all we know they may have reduced again today. makes little difference either way, we see what tomorrow brings

they arent legally obliged but boo do put out an rns if guidance changes in the past so its safe to assume theyd do so again. L5 is also correct, the sp has fallen on updates generally in the past. I wouldnt call it a flaky post, its good for any new investors here on what to expect. to be honest its a tough one to call, debating on holding or selling before thursday myself. no profit warning yet but the sp does tend to tank too. given the short reduction and the reaction asos had im probably going to hold as i think boo will have faired better than asos. all imo

shorts shouldnt get a nasty suprise, theyve had time to reduce and most of them have - from 10%+ to just over 4% if they are still shorting now they are playing a risky game, the results from nxt and asos have shown things arent as bad as feared. combined with a whole host of other things, i actually think the results will be better than they were forcasting. im not expecting any profit but certainly nothing disasterous either. this will pass 50p this week for sure IMO

let me correct myself. worst case scenario boo loose a bit of money they invested into shares. again, seperate company, you cant hold boo accountable for the accounts of another company. idk what point youre trying to get at.

exactly. they arent trying to break the us, the demand was already there but they werent gaining much traction because of long delivery times. this new DC solves that issue

cheers T4G thats what I thought. They havent actually spent it as far as we know so i dont see what the issue was here, its sat in the bank waiting to invest, probably where the revb investment came from imo
