If we did go down the JV or asset sale route is exusct it to be of a similar name up to the dynamics at Shad Denis. Several big majors along with o&g service company with deep pockets like Halliburton.
How many billions of pounds is 9.7 tcf of gas worth again never mind 202tcf.
The numbers recoverable are just going to improve with technology and techniques.
One of the top 6 largest gas finds in the world, on shore with low cost production costs. The down side is possibly the infrastructure spend to maximise the deliverability and ROI.
Given the resource returns and lower capex to extract I can’t see that being a problem though

For the benefit of all concerned I’m sure they could all bury the hatchet.
