So assuming the company don’t get the nomad issue resolved they might come out of the ISA wrapper dependent on hmrc decision

surely the injunction preventing hope premature access to take the asset due to default must remain in place until the court hearing has ruled on Fronteras claim that Hope was the cause of the default scenario.

Not a lawyer but to me that seems only logical - just and fair.

Other wise Hope receives the asset due to the default and then when that damage has all been done -Fronteras dereliction of fudiciary duties case goes in favour of us but the horse has already left the stable.

I suggest that the bolt legally and morally must remain on the stable door!!
