Pretty thankless task.

by us mere mortal PI not knowing (and not understanding some of the ones we do know) all the incidents that have caused the situation we find ourselves and the steps taken to secure our company future.

Almost every aspect could have major positive or negative outcome.

One example, which is probably should be the least of our worries

De listing- we could lose the isa wrapper - but even that is not a certainty as the company could drag their feet issuing share certificates and we could re list before that happens meaning the shares remain in the isa. Even looking at this from a negative perspective - there could be positives.

Positive- delisting may lose the best bargaining card in hopes hand meaning we get a better settlement than had we jumped in to prevent de listing. Just an opinion and not indeed fact. Like the rest of us - i have very little factual knowledge to work on so have to positive and negative guess.

Any way- every scenario has been gone over a million times since Christmas eve and just serves to scramble the mind further and is, if you are like me, is merely torturing yourself.

As a very long time investor and supporter of the company and indeed the noard of directors i can only assume they are doing the best they can for us given how aligned they are to our sitaution. The one bog difference is they know the game and the moves they are making- we very much do not.

Will the company going under confine me to eternal beans and toast - no
Will the company coming out of this and realising the value we know they have been working towards have me dining on lobster and champagne in the gulf of Mexico - you bet.
Exposure and investment - High. Risk to reward is huge so merits the chance taken.

Being 99percent positive of a good outcome and at the same time on the verge of a heart attack

I’ve supported and backed the company through thick and thin over the years and can not believe they would throw it away under the circumstance we are aware of.

Squeaky bum time for sure - still looking for that positive outcome and not delisting. Delisting really would be catastrophic in my opinion. LTHs would be penalised and shorters win again.

As I say though 99 percent positive it won’t come to that. That other 1percent is growing arms and legs in the confines of my mind though ,

Let’s hope the hard work Zaza is engaged in has the desired effect before de listing. I don’t doubt for one minute he is trying to resolve the issue - with resolving it being an absolute necessity before delisting

Tsbs - drawing comparison with the level of negativity, hopefully not on your share dealing practices.

The price is frozen so unless your shorting, hedging or bought prior to suspension on a T trade I don’t get the losing money on this

I’ve over 70k in here. I’ve not had to sell any other shares due to suspension.

Big difference between currently frozen and having to liquidate assets. I’m an investor in this company and unless it goes tits up - I haven’t lost a pound

My time to judge will be when the court case news, the super major news, the Bah news and the NY term sheet news materialises or doesn’t

Until then - I’m backing the company and as such my own decision making in choosing to invest
