I'm amused by the fact that I've posted 21 times in 5 years but he can't take the chance he might see something that offends him. Pretty much sums up the overly sensitive soul.

For what's worth, I am an infrequent visitor to these forums and when I posted I skimmed a lot of messages from John whinging about Kerim which prompted me to make the most mildest of posts. If john was as financial savvy as he thinks he is he would heed the advice.

Alas he thinks that he is offering a deep dive into Ariane by continually pumping out the same thing : "Kerim is incompetent!". "Dictator" etc etc

wrt john , you keep banging out the same story. i fail to see why you continue to hold the shares seeing as you are not impressed with the management? iirc your average sp is 1p? so you can cash in and exit with a profit and invest the money into a company you do rate. hanging on and harping on about how ****e kerim and co are sees a pointless waste of time.

Just listened to the TW bearcast and he pretty much echoes the current general sentiment.

Namely, lack of clarity on the tax situation in Zimbabwe, the Tavsan mine status, the various IPOs of WTR & Venus. Also mentions the timescale on Dokwe seemingly being pushed back from the "getting Dokwe into production whiin 2 years" from KS to now being pushed back to, maybe, 3 years with all the extra drilling.

TW takes the view that it is better to start the funding process now based on what information Ariana currently has right now. Once that process has started the extra drilling can then be performed later to add to lthe reserves. Also mentions that the management has ounched itself in the gonads a couple of times due to their actions (smash and grab book build) , referencing running out of money etc

I suspect this mood is shared by many and I wonder if pressure will be put on the MdV and KS to stopp faffing about. Or to at least show candour and explain what the plan is. It should be noted that KS has got mines up and running and I suspect he will do so with Fokwe but I do question what the timescale will be. Whilst I can understand why he wants the extra drilling information on the anomaly due t it being failry close to the proposed rim of the pit. The worry would be if the results throws up more geological questions that KS needs to investigate is: can he ignore it for a later date and move on with funding for the produciton process now? or will he decide for drill some more? I suspect the latter.

There is now a deputy chairman who was brought on to handle the ASX listing. That happened within specified timescales. Et us hope he now starts to take over the reins of chairman and start pushing KS to stick to dealines and inject a dose of urgency and focus.

I wonder if the various institutional investors have been tapped for more funding and they've applied pressure on the need for boardroom changes.

I'm fairly confident that Ozaltin will be announced as a JV partner in constructing the mine at Dokwe North.

What the % split will be is anyone's guess. KS has stated that they, Ozaltin, have had their people on the ground so I'll be surprised if that JV doesn't happen,

I also expect a divi from Xenit and a, hopefully, small fundraise as per ASX dual listing and therefore the chances of AAU running out of cash in July is remote.

Venus Mineral and/or Kosovo assets should be flogged off within 12-16months.

I think the SP does not reflect the assets that AAU has. Hopefully the BoD pull themselves together and stop shooting themselves in the foot with clumsy RNS'

Medium term I reckon the SP will go up. Hopefully back over 2.6p so I can break even.

I have just seen intrview KS did with TW.

KS mentioned that the divis were not being paid as it was being used to devlop Yavaan.

However he did say that money was coming from Turkey. This along with the fact that they still had US$3mln RiverFort funds undrawn for access means they will not rund out of money in July. Which begs the question : "why the f**k did you mention it in the RNS>", plus, " why not correct the market's view that it is an issue?"

My impression is that the Zenit pertnership is most likely to be involved in Dokwe. I suspect the rush to get as much work done themselves before a partnership is formed (or Zenit amended?) as that means more control. This is just my view,

The Zimbabwe government 26% issue was raised too. KS is of the view that this wa smentioned by the government mining minster as relating to "renewables" minerals only so Gold would not be in that bracket. Plus the size of the Dokwe project is not big enough to warrant the free float. Also mentioned that the mining minister suggestion would also have been an acquisition and not free.

I will need to look into Tharissa (THS) and Kavango (KAV) to see what the situation was there as both have Zimbabwe goervnment ownership %.

One option gives the money direct to the company to help it keep the lights on, the other doesn't.
