Sharpeve52w . The information I quote is via my Broker A J Bell. The shares have been allocated to me awaiting my acceptance in part ,full, nil, or a greater number.
The term undersubscribed Is framed within the opening sentence "It would appear that...."
My reason for stating this is because the open offer was subject to a ratio of ONE new share for every 37 shares held (at a given date) which if taken up would achieve the £7M required be SNG
TOB
it would appear that the open offer was under subscribed. I have been offered 2.5 times my current holding, I can apply for any number shares and possibly more than the new allocation.
Dead line for acceptance is the 27th Oct - and admission on or about the 4th November .
The offer is subject to claw back so first come first served I guess. TOB
Kisp57,
That is exactly what Mr Friel said - well words to that effect - he wants a steady climb not crazy spikes.
Well done Cathal and team, what's the next target?
Taskmaster, Oh my! And use the client as a feedstock? - well it certainly is thinking outside the box!

By the silence of AFC Marketing I think that AFC have now realised that the Sponsorship deal will be a lot more complicated than first thought I do hope somebody knows what they have committed themselves to and they are not even going to be paid for the risk.
Here's hoping someone at AFC can provide a reassuring response.
Maverick, Noticed the big gain on the riser board, you got your 1.1 and if your predictions are right there is lots more to come good luck to you and all the best. Cheers and best regards to those that remember me. TOB
I tend not to place too much faith in LSE market data, preferring AJBELL (Shares) The SP there at close was 147.5.
The trade at 139.0 SP was for a £43k sell, the spread at that time being 147<>149 the next transaction for 4K also a sell was put through at 146
Hope this helps. TOB
The world is looking for a vaccine and we have seen many false dawns regarding claims about when such a vaccine will be available.
SNG is a treatment and as yet without Regulatory approval plus the patients are applied for but still pending approval.
The movement of the SP on the 16/07 was .35 23/07 @1.87 19/08 @2.49 25/09 @1.65
The 3x RNS today are long awaited updates......and very good ones too.
The pieces are nearly in place no major movement will happen until they finally come together but when they do I for one will give a big sigh of relief. (In lockdown since it started)
Cheers all, keep your distance etc. TOB
@z-cars Additional potential questions for your list.
A. It was stated that "principal team members of W2T would be transferred to PHE" how many staff were transferred and in what capacity?
B. The AGM agenda : Will the Directors remuneration be made public?
Cheers TOB
Dr.A Many thanks, just checked the RNS data my notes are out of date, that £5m fund raise states that it should see us into profitability, going back to my notes cash flow break even should be achieved with just two Protos sized projects many thanks for your response.
Glad I asked, might averaged down after all for me PHE is a LTH.
Regards TOB
Going back through my notes regarding with the acquisition of W2T I have a cash burn time scale until Q4 which without non Peel orders indicate more funds would be needed leading to a possible placing? Can anyone confirm this potential funding requirement? Or maybe put me straight.
Cheers TOB
@Dr.A Some good points but all that about TM a bit yesterdays man but I guess he can still press the flesh.
@Dabler TM's Bio - I found that even more interesting is the relationship between AFC. W2T, PHE, Mr White, AB of Russia, Panama/Malta Papers? Not to mention paying £28Mill for a company with almost zero revenue. It was fascinating research and would make a great book or programme for Panorama.
But that I hope was yesteryear, this chapter is all about the Peel Group, PHE and the DMG Technology and the sooner it comes on stream the better.
Greetings JonnyRod, I can empathise with your feelings having bought in during the last surge so paid a v high price, I did average down - several times but and like you I am sitting on a loss.
I have come to the conclusion that all things considered (Corvid19 & the hack) TRX are still a good holding to have albeit now a longer term hold than I anticipated.
Chester put together an excellent 'fact sheet' well worth a read, and leaving you with a positive TRX being in the USA and Germany will not be affected by BREXIT and if the BOD are as bad as you think perhaps someone will agree and take TRX over. Who knows? Chin up all the best TOB
