PompeyM, nobody has "firm" gas until after EWT.......yes, HE1 had mega gas shows but until EWT was done means nothing. Even after EWT you got to prove first you can get it out, then it is commercial to do so, Basin modelling etc for your FS to get ML.

But the main point is that it is highly unlikely they would go from wire logging, perforation etc straight to EWT without informing the market of Gas to surface and composition.

Got to be RNS very soon one would have thought? Pushing 19 days for wire logging/first gas to surface? However, if going to do all testing, including EWT without informing market, first be bit naughty on Comms side and secondly you got few weeks to wait yet!

Successful completion of the EWT on the faulted Karoo Group interval flows up to 7.6% helium

· The well flowed an average of 786 barrels per day ("bpd") of fluid on a 22/64ths of an inch choke setting

· The well naturally flowed for a period of five days with helium gas in solution, and little to no air contamination in what has been determined to be a pure helium/nitrogen mix

· Onsite pressure-volume-temperature ("PVT") laboratory and portable Mass Spectrometer measured helium concentrations

4th September

· Successful completion of EWT operations at ITW-1 and demobilisation now underway

· Fractured Basement interval flowed a sustained average of 5.5% helium (air corrected) to surface and up to a maximum of 6.7% helium (air corrected)

· Faulted Karoo Group interval flowed a sustained average of 5.2% helium (air corrected) to surface and up to a maximum of 7.9% helium (air corrected)

· The fractured Basement interval also flowed up to 1.1% hydrogen to surface

· The well flowed naturally at a maximum flow rate of 2,701 barrels per day ("bpd") of fluid on a 36/64ths of an inch choke setting which equates to 834 standard cubic feet per day ("scf/d") of helium

· Internal modelling demonstrates that this could increase to 20,000 bpd of fluid with artificial lift in the development phase. On this basis, the Company estimates the actual flow rate would increase to 6,176 scf/d of helium, when applying an average concentration of 5.5% helium

· The fractured Basement interval flowed naturally for a period of six days with helium gas in solution, and little air contamination in what has been determined to be a pure helium/nitrogen mix

Geolog undertaking mudlogging and testing whilst drilling to monitor helium gas shows, with above background indications of helium and hydrogen already observed whilst drilling out the 9⅝" shoe and re-entering the original wellbore

· Portable mass spectrometer and field pressure-volume-temperature specialist on site to measure and validate helium gas shows as well as downhole samples from EWT

· Global technology company, SLB (formerly Schlumberger) contracted and onsite for fluid services with surface well testing equipment currently on route to operating location

· Phase III operations from spud to completion of EWT is anticipated to take approximately five weeks

6th August

The Company has successfully re-entered and deepened the ITW-1 well a further 168m into the fractured Basement and has reached a new TD of 1129m MD. The existing hole conditions were very good and enabled the wellbore re-entry beneath the 9⅝" shoe, and subsequent deepening into the Basement, to occur efficiently.

Whilst deepening the well, near-continuous helium and hydrogen shows were encountered whilst drilling. The frequency of these shows continued to TD and were notably higher than those which were encountered whilst drilling the overburden section during Phase II.

The next phase of the operations now involves preparing the wellbore for running the 7" slotted casing and cementing it in place. Once this is complete, the Company will then run a completion string in the hole comprising of tubing and packers to allow multiple testing of the two zones (the fractured Basement and the faulted Karoo Group) during the EWT.

Blu BORE zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz interested parties will have seen all the data, including CPR, as I said! Any deals agreed will be under strict NDA's and announced with the ML. Or is they want to be cute, hit market with ML RNS and then within day or so the off taker/JV etc. Then folk like you screwed.

PompeyM, I have rang up plenty of companies in my time. You be surprised who you can speak to if you approach it in the right way. Even Emailing can illicit a good reply. Sometimes have to read between the lines. I have rang HE1 PR several times and found them to be first class communicators. Questions are answered if they can and passed on if not and subsequently got replies. Not saying you get market sensitive info but as said sometimes reading between the lines can be informative. Give yourself revery edge. Also Called DYOR? So,

If I was a big investor here, yea, I would have at least tried to find out a bit more. Especially what the RBS said about informing the market. Blu BORE off goes again completely missing/ignoring the point, which is...... The FS will contain basin modelling, reserves etc. All this Data will have been available for some time now. Company were talking to others way before even had the latest Data as they knew what was there. So......interested parties will have seen what a huge amount of Helium we have, all the Data proving what we have. personally I am pretty sure a deal is already lined up alongside the ML. You get info of both in RNS. You have to prove it will be "commercial" to get the ML. What we have is exactly what many others require. There will be absolutely no problem with the type of finance that Lorna and BOD feel is best for us. Sure got plenty of choice. I think somehow the TG know we are "financially credible" We have been working closely with then for long enough.

Re Exploration companies, he also repeatedly fails to understand that we are on the verge of becoming a Producer! We are not an early stage explorer like say HEX. AIM has been littered over years with dozens of companies that have fallen by the wayside without getting near to what we are about the achieve. Global Significance.........
