Stamfordbridge, another very good post and as far as I understand you are correct about FS and being incomplete. They obviously had to get it in before deadline date on 17th. I believe that is was acceptable with caveats. I believe they showed the Mining Commission they could comply with those caveats/conditions within a stated time. Therefore there was no problem with the ML going forward. The Company were very pleased with what they had put forward, and very confident. All imo of course.

Kareren, do your research as well perhaps? The TG get 16% free carry, check out Mining regulations. Oh and check what I mean by that before coming back. So in effect companies are partnered with the TG, in return they get Tax breaks, especially CapEx. It is therefore in TG interest that when they issue ML they are happy to do so knowing they are going to make money as well. The TG will have nothing to do with our "financing". HE1 will have many options on the table ready to go on ML issue. They have been talking to interested parties for many months. Same parties will have had access to all the Data and under NDA's at this time. HE1 is going to explode, and soon, all the pieces are in place. Watch and see.

It certainly doesn't matter for PI/investors who looking for a return, often quickly, on their dough! So 25p here goes up to 10% is exactly the same as HE1 1p going up 10%. I am willing to bet a lot, and I have, that % return on HE1's SP will be considerably higher than HEX's SP by Xmas. Shares in issue or MCAP will have nothing to do with it. But just like folk saying 10-15p, and more for HE1 in short term, folk talking £'s here the same are deluded.......

On and for the many uninformed in here, a mass spectrometer only detects leaks. Those leaks are very reliant on type of ground you drilling. High not always necessarily good because all your gas could be leaking away, if there in any quantities ;-) On the other side small is not necessarily bad. Because when you perforate, as HE1 did, the Helium has been held in place mainly by the make up of the ground..........then gushes out!

See what you flow to surface, AND make up, before deciding to do expensive EWT's. Don't tell me that they wouldn't have had a good idea by now, before Lab results. That's why it was underwhelming with the almost throwaway line about CINK. Could easily have said a bit more if wanted to.
