The MM's are happy to keep taking your shares because they have a market for them to buyers who are even more happy to take them at these prices. Now that is a fact!

What so Billions of PGM's just lie in the ground for years when the world needs them now. You watch the Nickel asset that is virtually plug and play go very soon. Surely you would sell and go elsewhere where you believe in both? GL with that on AIM btw! I don't think the BOD have done ANYTHING wrong. Covid and War are out of their control. The SP is not their responsibility either regardless of what many think. They have added great value to the company over the last few years. NOBODY can dispute that. Just because the SP does not reflect it at this time for a variety of reasons is not their fault. NO company on AIM is valued correctly, that is a fact! Most of them are way over valued, we just happen to be under valued by the market at this time. Oh and they have informed us what is going on ahem...Russian assets sale. Wait for the annual report and accounts to read the rest like any other company.

Skippysb01, sorry disagree, yes it is correct thing to do to keep head down and get deal done but firstly we are actually teamed up with Rosgeo, Russian authorities know about us. Secondly the "Russian authorities" would be more than happy a deal goes through, likely to a BRICS company, to show the world business goes on. Pretty sure the UK authorities know about us as well but when they found out we are selling our Russian assets the tacit nod was given to go ahead. Why wouldn't it be? We are exiting no different than any other company imo. Distasteful though that may be business always carries on in war times.

Tygra, if they are even sells? But who cares, I bought £55,000 in 2 tranches other week, one marked as a sell the other as unknown. Didn't shift market either, shock, surprise lol. So a PI got windy or had a cash call. You seriously think they know more than anyone else. IF they were sells must be desperate to sell at that price!

Good morning all, amazing besides our resident derampers how many former holders who obviously sold out feel the need to come back and advise us of our errors? Their posting history is there to see, shameful really wishing bad luck on folk just trying to make some money because they bottled it........

Then you have the embittered holders who whine and moan like *****es most days, Tygra! No faith in the BOD and company yet they still hold, or do they? Can't believe anyone is stupid enough to hold shares in something they hate and have no faith in. How perverse is that? Surely you would sell up and go elsewhere chasing your rainbow? Seek help if that is the case or get out of any shares forever?

As long as the BOD keep referencing anything like "Russian assets sale" or "M & A journey" selling to BRICS, sanctions don't affect us etc, then I am happy. Telling us exactly what they are doing, bringing on more professionals to get the job done. Unlucky with Covid which added a lot of time to journey then the mad man starts a war which of course did the same. It will happen and everything indicates it will.

The amount of "entitled" share holders on social media is mind boggling. Think they are owed a jackpot just because they bought shares in a company. Clueless how the market works on even how a company works. As for M & A they seem to think it is like going in a shop to buy a packet of sweets. It is a "me, me, me" world and doesn't half show on here at times.

What's wrong with the world? Well a microcosm of it is here with the likes of Kira, Monty, Scotty, wolf, long, calamari and others who get a perverse joy out of simply winding people up and trying to scare honest folk for fun when not holding any shares. Pretty sick most would think?

Off out into the sun while I wait patiently for the BOD to release the RNS and if delay because of local Auditors in Russia I understand and will wait some more. GLA genuine and understanding holders

Tygra of course you left out the bit when on notification of the AGM on 1st June they indicated this would be the case, see below

"the Company has decided, following Covid-19 induced delays to the local Joint Venture audit process, to defer the presentation of the report and accounts, auditor appointment and auditors' remuneration resolutions to a separate general meeting which will be held prior to 30 September 2022 to, inter alia, provide shareholders with sufficient time to consider the report and accounts prior to their adoption. The Company has therefore obtained an extension from Companies House to the filing deadline of the 2021 Report and Accounts to 30 September 2022."

In other words they let their shareholders know they were applying, something you have to do.

I see no indication our BOD has done this, do you? But hey don't let that stop your daily sneer fest....

and isn't it just all the non invested deramper types that fall back on that retort...step forward dog, wold, squid, monthyrowka etc etc
