Case in point, I have just read someone talking on Twitter about the weekend, ‘it was amazing...’, someone replied, ‘what did they do...’, ‘VR/360...’. and, MVR have a new customer waiting but they can’t say when and what is next, missed opportunity unless customer remembers to look back again next time.
Basic stuff, it’s like advertising around a supermarket for a brilliant new product, ‘where can I get it, where can I get, I can’t find it in the shop, I’ve looked everywhere’ asks the customer to the shop manager, ‘I’m not telling you’ says the manager, ‘come back next week, I might be able to tell you more then, but don’t bank on it, probably be months away’.
I exaggerate, but you must see the point I’m making, I’m critical, despite seeing the achievements made.
