All I can see is MTR knew good news was coming and could have waited to place at a much better price. The warrants 1:1 are far too lenient, and the time frame to exercise the warrants too long. They better have some plans to increase shareholder value as we haven’t seen much lately from highs all those years ago,

unless we see some holding's RNSs, highly unlikely, so could be stuck for weeks whilst the shares get sold into market. Shame PIs weren't allowed to get a piece of the cake, as usual boards don't want them taking part.

Agree, but that is their problem, the company is not in control of its content schedules, reliant on the big players and restricting what they can do.

I’d rather see the amazing artists now to show off what they can do than people thinking this is all they are going to get.

As previously announced, in the event that no reverse takeover is completed by 31 August 2018, being the date six months after trading in the Company's shares was suspended, the London Stock Exchange will cancel the admission of Kin's ordinary shares to trading on AIM with effect from 7.30am on Monday 3 September 2018.

In this RNS the company said:

"Over the coming months, alongside our continued commitment to content creation with the world's most recognisable artists and musicians, we intend to enhance our core offering by supplementing the platform with additional proprietary technologies such as interactive advertising, digital ticketing, social VR functionality and by launching versions of MelodyVR across further virtual reality devices in addition to forthcoming augmented reality ecosystems."

3 months down the line have we have not had any meaningful update on any of these new enterprises.

The deadline is fast approaching, I’d like to hear some more positive news that this is progressing and going to be completed on time.

Latest tweet from MVR, looks like answer is Sigrid, releasing on Thursday, same artist they are already promoting.

Classic indeed and a tonne of warrants which will provide a lasting drag on the share price.
