Sky News, Ian King Interview, Anthony Matchett.
I’ve listened to the interview and paraphrased what AM has said, not verbatim:
We are a virtual reality music platform, replicating the experiences at being at the venue or event. Promotes Facebook Oculus GO as the device to watch it on. ‘Incredible and cost effective, works out of the box’. Right now we are focussed on music with great partners in the space, potentially future theatre, sports ‘anything is possible’. Pay per view basis, split between all partners. Trying to cut down secondary ticket market. Real-time way of being at that show is important. Response from consumers has been ‘fantastic’. No artists have said they haven’t wanted to be involved with this. Lucky to partner with major record labels. Great traction working with artists of high calibre. Creating a diverse content library, always adding to library and adding new artists. Exclusive partnerships are key to us. Currently live in US and take shows from Ally Pally to them and other countries. Not trying to replace live experiences. Give fans an alternative to paying five times for a concert ticket.
