Its hardly being aggressively dumped. Its drifting a tad, I suspect until we kick of in Zambia and dry the ink with AA on our fantastic JV, we will continue to sit around this price level and then watch the fireworks!

Slow day so reviewing our timeline.
Casa transaction 250,000 was due to be paid to us by 29/05/2022 with issuance of shares thereafter, do we think this has been finalised now and passed through successfully, would an RNS follow typically to announce or not required?

DD for the JV has until 10/08/2022 - surely though it wont take that long. What is the consensus on when this should be sorted and then hopefully the targets and drilling announced!

Highly doubtful that CASA would factor into any consideration for AA. The JV pertains purely to the Zambia licences and only the Zambia licenses.
Our board confirmed that even withstanding the money from CASA sale, there was no requirement for additional raising, hence the company is in a position to run itself comfortably + AA are going to be funding the digging costs anyway.
The legal matter now resolved with an ex-director would have been more of a concern to AA than some far flung old asset that has no relevance to our Zambia licences. This is now resolved well and truly and we are in a great position to explore in partnership with the best in the mining business and find that tier 1 company maker! :)
