I’m happy with the SP as I’d like to increase my holding very soon. It’s very clear how much potential this company has and now we have a JV with a major to boot. Short term SP is of no concern, long term SP and company projection is all that matters to genuine holders.

What does it matter if they relist or not? If the offer is approved by shareholders and you are a shareholder, then you get 9p for every share you have.

Not too soon, later this year is fine as I want to increase my shareholding here in the next couple of months.
