Is anyone able to provide a credible reason why this company/share price performs so abysmally given the phenomenal growth in EVs/lithium demand over the last few years?

I have held the share for years, tempted numerous times just to sell it as it doesn’t seem to correlate in any way with the success of the EV market. I have always held on though (more fool me) thinking it’s fortunes could be about to change- indeed must be due to the significant tail winds for EVs/battery storage…

I have followed this group during this time and seen the posts from some saying the big boom in prices is just around the corner with X, Y & Z justifications for why this would happen… so far though, nothing!!

Is it just a big scam? A company rife with corruption, or just terribly led? What are people’s thoughts?

I have a strong feeling shareholders in the former Applied Graphene Materials have been thoroughly rinsed here… Repeated assurances on several channels for a long period that the company was developing its sales for all its IP protected offerings, then wham! -suddenly it is liquidating and getting bought up for a pittance.

I have lost a lot of money on this stock. What I want to know is, what’s happening to the BOD for their mismanagement (potentially chicanery), especially the seemingly incompetent & inept Mr Gibbs!?
