He invested and it went wrong - I understand some II's do consult but they are usually made non execs or consultants in an RNS alongside their share purchase. Either way the fat lady has sung. Its over. This shareprice will now dip to the 2 mil mcap it has been assigned as per RNS. So considerably sub 1 penny. The BoD are absolutely useless and get to be put on my spreadsheet of directors to avoid at all costs when I consider future investments.

Errr -no. The Biotech industry annually grows, so assuming he invests in every biotech he will make money. He invests in companies he sees profits in. Just like PI's. Only he has an excellent track record of picking winners. Alas, he isnt psychic and does make mistakes. What makes you think he has any say or weight in what OXP does? At no point was his investment on terms of being any form of consultant towards the companies future. Certain Non disclosure agreements must have been made and they told him fair detail prior to his investment but I highly doubt he got any real meaty details. If he did he would realise nobody at OXP seemed to even know what regulatory hurdles existed in the industry they are trying to market in. I work in this industry, the blame is clearly and solely on the management in charge not knowing what they had to fulfill to satisfy FDA requirements. And when they are told what they should do, they ignore it and try to push on to commercial with no GI Safe claim which is THE ENTIRE POINT OF THE OXPZERO TECHNOLOGY. They cant even sell generics as is because the release profiles differ too much. JUST.DO.THE.TRIAL.

What rise? This has a 50 day fall of 50% and a 200 day fall of 85%. The past week it has remained static.

T R Smyth they didn't follow or even seem to know about basic fundamental regulatory hurdles the pharma industry has -and they are a pharma company. They have been advised now by both FDA and MHRA to fulfill certain trial endpoints to market it as GI Safe, and instead are now trying to get a partner to just "get on the market". If they find a partner I am happy as SP will go beserk - but the process reaks of amateurity and now desperation of avoiding or loopholing many hurdles and just throwing it at the market in the hopes a partner is found and doctors want to prescribe it. As to woodford Ill say what I did a year back -he invests in most pharmas and people give him their money for annual returns of those options -not just one company. He has made a paper loss here but as he holds others it all balances out and his fund scheme can shell out whatever % they forecasted the customer. Just because II's are in doesnt mean it will go well - otherwise making money on markets would be laughably easy.

RPL554 is being dosed twice-daily and patients are required to withhold their regular long-acting bronchodilator therapy for the duration of the study. In previous clinical trials, RPL554 has been observed to result in bronchodilatory effects when used alone or as an add-on treatment to other COPD bronchodilators. So this 2b trial seems to be using RPL554 standalone or mostly standalone. Hopeully the data readout is positive - a significantly good set of p values in a 2b trial should get this moving north. Admittedly most things that move pharmas dont move VRP. Yet it has random spikes of interest with no known reason. Certainly the least predictable pharma shares I have owned and seen.

ALB1 you are a little behind - AGQ sold that silver tailings project for some dirt with promised lithium but not there. Buy low and hold - 4p was AGQ's bottom. Then 1.5p was,now it is 0.25p. Say hello to my little friend called consolidation and dilution. Such amateurs here -just glad I topsliced when I did. It makes for more impartial less emotional strategy and realism in what the prospects here actually are.

You have a 50 mile journey home. 10 miles in the gears start to crunch. 20 miles in all sorts of noises appear. 30 miles in the mirrors fall off and the engine starts smoking. 40 miles in the car catches fire. 50 miles in the car blows up. And in your opinion - saying "This car is terrible I shouldnt have bought it" is worse than saying "The cars great! Give it time it will be a lamborghini soon!" Youre the idiot. I held and topsliced during that mates rates sell off at 1.2-1.3p so free sailing so am a holder - a lucky one with no original capital. Quindell the market hasnt overreacted at all. This tenement clearly has no lithium and they sold all the tailings projects to get it. Those results proved they just bought a lot of dirt. Congratulations. I was shot down by so many when I said surface grades were atrocious. Most here dont even understand how to read those grade reports. There is no lithium here, and if there is, this requires a 5 bag for many to break even as 1-1.5p was considered the bottom for half a year and had a LOT of buying. Either hold if you bought in at 0.25p or sell if you got in any higher than 0.5p

company is fine - the issue is the BoD. They (a pharma company) want to bypass clinical trials recommended by FDA to sell this as GI safe, and instead get it to market with the minimal trial data. The product works and I have confidence in it. The BoD are useless and dont seem to understand that to market drugs properly you need trial data they dont have. They are making things difficult for themselves for seemingly little reason. Just do the damn trial the FDA wanted!

callerone most traders/investors have serious mental acrobatic potential. Most talk about how "you shouldnt talk down your own stock" blah blah. Some you win some you lose. The more successful trader/investor knows when they called it wrong and sell. Those who are not successful "average down" 40 times a month (obscene commission fees alone!) and find themselves in a diminishing returns format. Averaging down works if the SP goes up...Check out AGQ's trend over its entire existence. Glug glug glug glug. This is going nowhere. The BoD have no idea how to do anything and have been hoodwinked into thinking lithium is abound. I said the grades were trash and everyone said they were great. They dug deeper and no lithium found. There isnt any on the entire bit of land they bought. Useless BoD. They didnt even pick up silver tailings. Literally silver on the surface just lying there and they never commercialised it. This company exists solely to pay some rich folk and you are funding it lol.

Isnt the drug but the company itself. We shall see how this goes but I have low hopes for the future which is why I downsized considerably here.

to use a phase II experimental drug as an add on. Even Phase 3 has to go through the add on phase and only once data supports the drug can you do a very micromanaged weaning of the other drugs to establish singular capacities. This isnt a cancer drug where you can give them anything they agree to because they only have 6 months left. This is for COPD and/or severe pulmonary issues and they have much longer lifetimes. It would be unethical to take someone off life saving medicine to test out an unproven one. This has potential to be a lone working drug but it needs to be proved to a phase 3 level and/or doctor supervision weaning and re-filing. Add on medicines do not hurt revenues much. This drug currently performs better than salbutamol - which is fantastic. Believe me doctors will prescribe this add on or not.

drugs treating serious conditions are used in an add-on format for ethical and legal reasons. Once good enough data has been established further trials can use standalone formats. Add-on therapies can induce funding and endorsement from the other company as they can profit from a fual action drug too. I work in the industry - few medicines in this category are standalone for safety reasons (if it doesnt work you kill a lot of people unnecessarily)

I agree, the fact they seem to have absolutely no knowledge at all of how to regulate and register their drugs through to commercial is quite frankly soberingly scary. They neee to hire a regulatory affairs specialist. Being in this industry for nearly a decade I can recommend some fine specialists for them with proven commercial track records.

This needs to 5 bag to break even with the 1 - 1.2p club who bought in on the "low" This needs to 50 bag to break even with the cluster who got in early. This needs to 500 bag to break even with the poor f9oks who bought in at 40p odd. They couldnt even pick up silver literally laying on the ground and people expect this company to extract high grade lithium to a world class market of EV manufacturers etc? Are you high? This is a salary P&D AIM share exclusively made to pay the BoD a salary from placements. Anyone invested here needs their head examining. I was lucky I topsliced and got out with a bit of profit - pure luck.

Is now �6 million below cash levels. The RNS wasnt that bad. Clinicians admitted they would prescribe this even without the GI safety claim if it works -which I said would be the case when FDA rejected the claim would require another trial. The downside is OXP have seemingly ignored or have little expertise in the regulatory parts. They said Clinical and MARKET research has shown great results but their will be a delay due to regulatory commitments. Basically looks like a partner is likely to be had, trials pass, and they need to sort themselves out reg wise and off we go again. The next RNS within a month or so will be more indicative but with our current knowledge I would say this has been significantly oversold. 1.6p ish is fair value given cash and revenues.

Just PK data. An important piece of the jigsaw but by no means any indication of its efficacy as a drug. The trial results of helping indications (COPD) is what will lift SP.
