You invested when VRP was worth hundreds of millions on weak phase 1 and some phase 2 data. All those projects fell and 554 remained the winner but seeing massive dilution and drifting SP. To sum up - you invested at the wrong time in a pharma company. The only time I will panic sell VRP is if the clinical data is bad. Dilution onto NASDAQ and consolidation worries me little. If we follow GWP they did a few 10% dilutions afterwards too. But they were worth 2 billion so raised 200 mil for 10%. When VRP rises a lot I see a little more fundraising. As to our scientific officer "leaving". Circumstances change and everyone has a price - GSK probably gave her loads more money or it was closer to home. Again, big names are investing here so they arent concerned with the cons and dils occurring ( they would have been informed!). Phase 3 is the make or break, this kerfuffle inbetween is just noise.

Constructive dilution. It gives us a cash level to go through phase iii and progress to IND and NDA and commercial status. This isnt a placement for the CEO's yearly salary top up. The last placing was at 2.8p which was a good 40-50% dilution and the price went up. These weird volumes and movements are probably background trades and positions being taken and a bit of MM getting their share. 80 mil is peanuts for what we have. 800 mil is reasonable/good. As others have said the revenue in this area is multiple billions a year. Obviously we wont have the whole market, but even just revenue of 300 mil with a P/E ratio of 5 that is 1.5 billion mcap. I just see the exact hallmarks of GWP in this, so similar story and the methods being employed and SP movement is eerily similar. Just my 2c

thinking this is some 1m mcap oily. Pharma goes big or it fails - and that is EVERY pharma company not just VRP. The only reason we wont make money back is if phase 3 fails - which is completely separable from the NASDAQ platforming and dilution with it. The average phase 3 trial costs 100 million quid. This is the ONLY way small pharma makes it big. GWP did exactly the same. I am happy for my money to sit here, and despite being 50% of all my disposable AIM winnings here, I will top up if this goes sub 3p.

A dilution of ~120% isnt that bad. Phase 3 trials cost A LOT. Either we dilute and platform onto NASDAQ and get phase 3 data, or VRP sits twiddling its thumbs with no money to progress. GWP diluted by 100%. Shares went from ~80p to ~40p. Day 1 of NASDAQ they were >200p. AGAIN, work on mcap, not share price or shares in issue. Oversubscribed placements mean after VRP directorate presented their 2-3 year plan, the ii's wanted more than what was being offered. Yes the price has lowered. Yes it sucks short term. But frankly, Pharma costs a lot to make it bigtime, and VRP up front stated they will dilute to platform. Its 80 mil. Even with 100% dilution thats equivalent to 160 mil. 160 mil for a successful phase 3 compound of COPD better than anything else on the market is worth multiples of that. I still stand by my prediction this should 5 bag on NASDAQ platforming and good phase 3 results.

This is consolidating to make the SP higher - Americans on NASDAQ wont invest in a company that is 4 cents a share - they want to see dollars. Other companies have done exactly the same by making "ADS" American depository shares. These can be worth multiples of another share price. i.e. every ADS share is 10 AIM shares. 2. The companies mentioned failed phase 3 data. Well...Yeah... Consolidation wasnt the issue - the failing data was. Look. At 3p this is 80 mil. It will consolidate, with no dilution yet, and identical fundamentals, to 150p a share, company worth 80 mil. Rememeber the mcap, it is always about the mcap. This is a breakthrough COPD drug with a huge market. 500 mil is entry level expectations on positive phase 3 trials. The consolidation really does mean nothing. It is literally moving a decimal around to make one number bigger (sp) and one number smaller (shares in issue). VRP have stated they will raise capital on the NASDAQ platform incurring dilution - this has been known for months. Everyone needs to calm down. This is going fine right now. The proper moment to have squeaky bumtime is if phase 3 data is bad.

How is this trading below cash levels. AIM is so crooked sometimes. Some pokey oil field in Africa makes a few barrells and you get a 10 bagger. A company platforms a series of side effect free NSAID's and it goes down. Ah AIM...

Most pharma at phase 3 or further breaks into 500mil+ so unless they dilute onto the NASDAQ platform at 600% I am not too worried. As had said, GWP did exactly these steps and yes SP went down temporarily - right before spiking above its highest ever price of 10 years in 1 day. ii's who are privvy to VRP's furure endeavours are happy to put millions here and was oversubscribed (Just like GWP). As to GWP only trading on NASDAQ and being difficult trading on 2 platforms -half true. GWP played both markets for 3 years before going entirely NASDAQ so I don't think VRP will make a sudden snap to just NASDAQ (Plus we have ii's from this side of the pond - GWP didn't). Secondly they decided not to trade on AIM because it made for less than 2% of all trades. This is what I mean about NASDAQ being a different game entirely. They have much more volume and their investment strategies are mid/longterm. AIM is filled with people who want instant 100 baggers, and the prices slide and spike from relatively neutral news.

I am no authority on NASDAQ listings but in my experience of them (yes Ive been through them for companies I worked for) the Americans like high priced shares. They don't do penny shares. No actual value has declined here, and a lot of ii's have invested near this price so still confident, albeit a little annoyed at the share price movement. Consolidation simply changes the shareprice based on the multiplier. It shouldn't really have any value decreasing effects. The market cap should still remain the same just different share price.

How it is this low is beyond me. 10 bagger easily from here.

They promised a NASDAQ launch within 6 months which means sometime this January. The NASDAQ will rerate this I am fairly sure.

Agreed. The original fundraising was oversubscribed, and I bet you the NASDAQ one is too. They will also be signing CA's, so will be told the more finer points of the business. Yes it is high ii investment to PI ratio, yes that means sometimes share dumps, yes that sometimes mean selling can be slow with minimal PI shares in freefloat. But really, the fact is, all the hallmarks are present for a serious rerate, when looking at the current facts. Obviously nobody can tell the future but VRP is the biggest holding I have ever performed on AIM. I have put 50% of all my AIM profits since 2014 into this puppy. Wont go higher than 50%, for that 1 in a million chance something does happen but...This should make me very very rich. Paying off my entire mortgage and buying a 2nd house to rent out rich. Or I lose 50% of what I didnt have in 2015 and some of 16 anyway...Kinda win win lol

Usual DYOR disclaimer. I have held VRP for a while now, and looking at their data from clinical trials 554 seems fantastic. But you never know whats happening on the inside and finer details. Lots of money to be made on phase 3 data. Commercial/reh filings can take time and are difficult. In my opinion I would state the best time to sell is on the crest of phase 3 positive data if/when that happens. GWP best price was on phase 3 crest. Just my two little pennies. Can take a long time to commercialise drugs. Phase 3 not far round corner so...quickish cash.

They have partners in distribution but no actual partners in terms of intellectual property or royaltys etc. They go it alone from my knowledge. Put it this way - The movement of SP is almost identical to GWP's listing, and with background buying not moving SP much. First day on Nasdaq went up over 300%. Soon aftet kept climbing 10% a day odd. It pretty much 10 bagged within a few months. But - before I get called a ramper, GWP works with cannabinoids, which has a lot of press attention etc, so one could argue some of that amazing rerate was due to that. If they double shares on NASDAQ platform here I am still extremely confident of a short term 5-7 bagger. Still plenty of room to grow even after that dilution. NASDAQ is a different beast, it treats companies like the FTSE. It will stabilise our SP and give a good incline short term in my educated opinion

Nearly doubling the shares is about right for NASDAQ platform. GWP did exactly that - doubled shares. Went from 80p to 40p, to 200p and eventually 900p odd before going to 750p and now is on NASDAQ exvlusively. Phase 3 costs a hundred million odd. I work in this industry, VRP need cash to get this to commercial. But, I see many bags even with that level of dilution. US NASDAQ isnt like AIM. They are longterm investors and dont ride waves etc. We will see a stable uphill rerate. I am happily sitting here, and if price does go down, Ill average down.

Phase III costs a LOT. More cash will definitely be raised onto the NASDAQ platform. The RNS even stated a price will be detertmined closer the launch. Look at history of GWP here. It diluted double its shares and went from 80p to 40p but then spiked to 200p on first day of NASDAQ and has hit 900p a few times-it is now pulling itself from the AIM as most of its business is on NASDAQ. The point I am trying to make here is we have the same recipe as them. A positive phase 2 drug going into phase 3 and launching onto the NASDAQ. Even if we only get half that level of rise we're looking at a ten bagger by Q4 2017 IMPO.

Probably want to use a moving average, so buy now to raise price and get better placing price! lol. Even with a lot of dilution it will pick up well.

is a businessman - the next 4 years will be good economic profitable times if you know where to invest. Oil should make a recovery now too
