Clinical trials are a beast with result date expectations. It is insanely difficult to recruit for them these days unfortunately so slipping clinical dates is one of those "industry bottlenecks" that you have to groan and get along with. It is due to new laws and structure since 2008 ish - the amount of trials has declined massively since then.

the impatient sells were mopped up instantly and is back to over 3p again. Such little volume makes such big moves. Exciting times ahead.

GWP went through 100% dilution on NASDAQ launched and it became a 50 bagger for some. The issue with halting the NASDAQ launch to lessen dilution is AIM rarely values companies properly and goes through herd buy/sells. Statistically, the longer we wait, the more dilution we'll have. There is a chance it may shoot up prior, but statistically, for AIM, it is doubtful. Just my 2.

was a phase 2 addon study (not 1b) which had excellent standalone data.

early phase stuff is standalone is severe terminal illnesses (horrible but guinea pigs basically). Or its a disease that has no, or limited therapies (ebola etc). COPD is a well diagnosed disease with treatments available so combo therapies are more than likely legally enforced. This doesnt make it less profitable at the current mcap. If the mcap was a few billion at this point I would say sell. Again my concern is with the directorate. I hope the delays are genuinely out of their hands....I have experience of listing on NASDAQ with a pharma company I once worked for and it was a LOT quicker and a LOT smoother than this one so thats why my only frustration here is with the BoD

Also it was dosed standalone but not in as severe patients, and was used to identify its strength and dosage limits. It worked better than salbutamol the current leading drug and has no side effects and a very wide dosage profile (good). But that is phase 1b trial, it does not give a company carte blanche to take dying people off proven medicine. We need solid phase 2 data to determine standalone capability in phase 3 and combination therapies are still very profitable.

rhodi - ALL pharmaceutical companies have to follow a legal and ethical trial format. COPD without medicine means you literally suffocate to death. You need oxygen and drugs to get better oxygen uptake. People would DIE if companies removed all their medicines and trialled one that MAY or MAY NOT work. It is a LEGAL REQUIREMENT to use your trialling drug in combination with other drugs proven to work until the drug has been shown to elicit the results you want, meaning Phase 3 some compounds can be standalone. GWP ran combo trials and is worth a few £billion and last I checked plans on commercialising as combination therapy with revenue expected to be a few billion a year. Look, with diseases that have many complications (COPD) MOST patients are already on combination therapies because no one drug alone works as well as 2 or 3 in Unison. Take it from someone with 7 years experience in this industry - I have zero issue with the phase 2 trial being a combination trial -it is a legal and ethical requirement. I am vastly more concerned with that NASDAQ date slipping by half a year and maybe more allowing the looming dilution rot to set in. Clinical and science wise this is in the bag in my educated opinion. I am more worried about the amatuer business acumen running the show.

I highly doubt £3-5 a share but £1 is doable in 2-3 years if FDA news is good and we get commercial partners.

is a legal ethical issue. You cannot just take ill people with severe COPD off their medicine to see if a new one works. You use combination phase 2's and that decides potential for phase 3 lone/combo therapies and final dosing regimens. Phase 2 being combination therapy with a life threatening disease is perfectly normal. Also most diseases with complications are combo drug heavy so it wouldnt really affect revenue much anyway.

Still happy to see the share price move up. 150p paid today which is 3p on the nose. Hopefully this trend continues, though I doubt it.

rhodi if we do 1:1 shares yes. On NASDAQ ADS/ADR's allow multiple shares. For example GWP did a 12:1 share ADS setup. So Americans buying 1 share would be 12 of UK's. GWP launched on NASDAQ @30p odd so no, this doesnt have to go up to launch on NASDAQ. I think that massive dip on minimal volume with a sudden rise on minimal volume tells us one thing. The mates got their shares, and this may start behaving normally again. 11% rise on an RNS that simply repeated what everyone already knew....

VRP is being messed with. Red on minimal volume and now blue with more sells (yes I am aware of the bid/ask wrongness on the buy/sell claims) and minimal volume. Usual AIM nonsense. This is why I want this on NASDAQ asap as it will behave like a proper share then

at the sell off here lol. Usual herd doing the sell on news. Adnittedly works a lot on AIM but this ones a medium termer for sure.

This has had a lot of successful PK trials - No reason these should be different so not fussed about these test results. The FDA response is the main thing I am interested in

Another NSAID PK bridged to phase 3 expectations of whats on the market byt with the OXPZero formulation lowering side effects. This should see us break that 3.6p barrier today. Excellent news! These products work! Just a matter of crossing the t's and dotting the i's!

Too true Wudi...Too true. Who wants to join me making a company and AIM listing it with lots of good intention RNS's and placing it all the time? I assume its legal - Most AIM companies do exactly that.
