A hunch and also done some digging. Not guaranteed, but either the RNS will land tomorrow or the FDA will respond tomorrow and maybe Monday RNS...

I cannot guarantee anything but I am expecting an RNS here tomorrow....

years on AIM I have seen 1 share purchase/sells and an RNS was released within 1 month of it about...5% of the time. AKA - these codes are pure BS.

is poised for share collecting by MM's. Quite a sudden decline on little volume. FDA news could be good or bad. Given how OXP have filed for both OTC and Rx personally they will have a pathway to commercialisation. Rx is slower and less revenue, but at 30 mil mcap Rx pathway will still yield revenue of hundreds of millions minimum as a conservative estimate.

traders expected this to contain the FDA response. Why I have no clue - the rules of AIM state that any news must be public knowledge within a short time frame. The FDA response will be "any day now" as they say. Good top up opportunity - no fundamental changes here yet it goes down. Usual AIM

like its stuck here until news. Should be out soon but FDA are busy and notorious for replying late to queries - and is no bearing of good/bad news. Was part of an FDA query session and they didnt reply until a few hours short of their deadline. Everyone panicked expecting bad news and it was fine, just nature of this industry.

abide by EU regs and you have the job done. All companies have to work to multi national regulation requirements. This is no different. Also OXP are the discovery/developers. The commercial partners are there for regulation/audit manufacturing purposes.

The paper loss doesnt come into it wudi. Its the BoD's timelines slipping massively for no explainable reason (other than incompetence or didnt get enough US interest, which in either case I want out). I saw this attempting to perform a GWP like NASDAQ launch. GWP took 3 months. These guys have already had 7 months now and no concrete details on it - pretty poor. You have to speculate to accumulate. I speculated wrong here, and want to get out asap. All my opinion, just finding the SP is moving differently to volume and fundamentals - which is never a good thing on AIM. Will load up more into OXP which seems to rise quicker and moves more predictably.

For this rise. Tiny volume and fundamentals have declined since mid Jan yet the price rises after a huge dip with minimal sells on it. Something is going on here. Still, 20p more and I am breakeven and outta here so keep the rise coming lol

rhodi is most people are in VRP at significantly higher than this price so after NASDAQ it needs to rise 200% just to meet VRPs average overall. I did see this as a nice medium term winner. I now see it as a very very long term potential break evener. I am in heavy here so forced to play the waiting game. Incredibly unimpressed with the RNS writing styles - practically LIED to about the NASDAQ launch dates. And now it has entered a vague limbo timeline so quite frankly NASDAQ listing probably wont even be this year - their RNS's are non commital and have recently added the dreaded "these forward looking statements are just what the company wishes to do - there is no guarantee this will happen". Thats a red alert sign too. This will just dwindle on AIM for ages and go through insane dilution on NASDAQ listing because it was delayed. This will reach cash in bank SP prior to NASDAQ launch unless they let someting new/unexpected out the bag, or manipulate the price which is done on AIM all the time so there is still some hope. Still never investing in a company again if any of their names are involved - absolutely no logical reason to delay the launch and consolidation - which is why I am worried they didnt fill the expected cash raise and have been forced to extend it...

Yes I do rhodi. AIM never values companies correctly. Less than 10 companies have ever achieved £1 bil on AIM since the AIM has been launched. All other companies reaching that did so on other platforms while being listed on AIM. GWP which did a very similar thing on its NASDAQ launch was pushed down to 30p even after successful clinical trials. Went on NASDAQ and went to nearly 200p first day. They left the AIM months back because it amounted for less than 5% of all trades. AIM is not an investors market - it is a traders market. This is going one direction prior to NASDAQ. this is why I was excited with the nasdaq launch as this would be a medium term hold. This wont be commercial for another 5 years + (only at phase 2). But on NASDAQ this would be rerated for quick profits. BoD messed up and this now is a very very longterm hold with little chance of big profits. In manys minds this was meant to be on NASDAQ mid Jan early Feb. Now we just have a vague H1. The horrible part is the delay *might* be that no US investors want in....
