Wow, the bickering on this thread is relentless and I won’t miss it!
Sold out of SOLG today. Paid 16p so sold out at a loss after holding through 22p (hey ho). I just decided there’s better companies with better prospects and better run than SOLG.For anyone interested I switched into MARU. The CEO is very hands on and very communicative, they’ve loads of projects on the go and they are about to actually make money, something SOLG are unlikely to do.
Well worth a look guys and a brilliant telegram group full of excellent discussion that haste CEO as a member too.
Good luck to you all.

Complete nonsense article. He talks about all this fantastic news lol the. Suggests it’s gonna retest recent lows? The writer clearly forgot their daily medication!
Daltry, the seller is now out I believe. They declared themselves as the seller a couple of weeks ago and declared how many they were looking to sell. They posted to say they’ve now sold what they intended to and are no longer selling. I believe they still have a large holding and the sale was in no way related to the performance of CTL.
It’s some news I was waiting to hear about and was overdue. It’s possible the company were getting a few emails about the subject so dropped out an RNS to update the market. It’s what the news service is for to keep the market informed….. I hate companies that say next to nothing so applaud CTL for their approach of keeping investors informed regularly.

Nice to see some up movement on modest volume and no news. There’s a few pieces of the puzzle still need to fall into place before I can stop chewing my finger nails, but it’s coming together.
Imagine where the share price will be if the upgrade in reserves are favourable, Llamara has positive lithium salts in the drilling brines and the pilot plant comes online……
Where did the info regarding the ASX listing come from regarding September? I know they have to meet certain criteria to be allowed an ASX listing, I Presume there is conformation they have now been met?
For me I actually have no idea how the market will react to the new listing, it could be a big price mover but on the other hand it may not make much difference at all. I guess we will have to wait and see.
The thing I really want to be positive is the Llamara. IF the test wells have good concentrations of lithium showing then the share price will ignite imo. On a more modest level I really want to see that pilot plant running and producing lithium. The income won’t be huge but it’s a big statement that the lithium isn’t just there but hey look we can actually produce it and sell it.
I’m not concerned about the cashburn at all either. As you’ve said due to the extra drilling them may be burning a little more than expected but this happens and spending money on additional drilling should be value enhancing.
The fact they don’t intend to take money from outside sources until it totally suits the company I think speaks volumes about their ability to control their finances.
According to the schedules the pilot plant should be set up by now or around this time and I’d personally like an update on this. I know it’s only small beer at circa $20,000 dollars a month income but it’s the statement that it makes about the fact money is coming in and the process is up and running and working that should help stir the markets up.
Sold mine today. Paid just over a tenner a share and done well from dividends along the way. May buy back in if the market has a shaky time but just got a little bored of the sideways movement.
Sold out today. Paid 300p a few months ago and watching it yo-yo around. It dipped to 270 ish very recently if I recall so from there to 384 is pretty hefty move in such a short period of time. If the market has a few shaky days at some point I might add back. Never wrong to take a profit.
As Raising donuts has said, Cleantech are a beacon to any company wishing to explore or mine lithium in Chile. Can you imagine the signal it would send to potential investment if they shafted Cleantech? Nobody would even venture a dollar into the country and Chile want people there mining. Although nothing in the markets is a given and everything is a bet, I’d say Cleantech carries much less risk that you are suggesting.
