Drill 4 should be the first negative dip entry into the key 500-700m section from drill 1. So hitting at a greater depth than 3.
Key here will be an expansion of the inner alteration zone and larger intrusion.
Imo, as I indicated this morning, the geo s saw stock work originating from this large area.- Think a Ridgeway shaped system.
It could be why Colin brought as it could *****I use this very likely without high confidence - mean a system bigger than Ridgeway or northparkes.

Question..I've been going through colins companies, seeing how the buy compares, apart from jubilee, which was a sell followed by a buy, this seems to be the largest for quite some time. Is this correct?

I am amazed he was allowed to buy tbh, it's almost impossible for a director to buy in the middle of a drill campaign without assays known etc. It shows an almost desperation to buy on his behalf.

It should quell any thoughts of another placing....if there was a placing at this level or anything like this level, Colin would buy in the placing not the open market.

It's really impossible to put a date of drill amount of the jorc, it really depends on the consistency of the drills. If the drills are consistent in the geology and grade then a large grid can be used for a basic jorc. If it's more variable then a tighter grid with more drills will be needed.
Personally I think 3 jorcs might be needed. The question then would be at what stage do parties get interested? Jorc 1,2 or 3....

In my opinion it was very good, better than we could have hoped.
But could it be even better?

We know there was a good 300m of alteration before the core and 300m after the core.
We know that much of this is in the veinlets and stringers (i.e. stockwork). This kind of mineralization is essentially metal bearing liquid squeezed out through micro fractures, which leaves behind the mineralization when it cools.The liquid comes from the core, which in turn is fed from a deeper chamber.

So, this is where we have the really nice problem.

Could a small 28m intrusion have hosted and been the source of 600m of veinlets and stringers?

I find this strange. Just my opinion but I don't think it could. So did drill 3 just catch the edge of the intrusion? If so despite this being a very nice drill, there, could well be better ones...
Imo this is only going to get bigger and stronger.

There are various investor events which HNW or fund managers etc attend, such as 121 mining, mines and money, mining journal select, there are loads of them, lots in Aus as well.
They don't get much 're investment straight away, but they raise the profile of the company. It's just a route that miners take from the 10-20m mcap path, to 50-100m.
The Aussies will be interested in this discovery (if they knew about it)!

Again just my opinion.
But the company needs to actually plan things.
1. New broker who will actually produce valid research notes, fcap, libc, etc
2. Once the assays come out invite half a dozen broker age firms to view the projects
3. New presentation which should come out with the new model update.
4 paid for articles (about the 10k) each.
5 reach out to mining publications and give exc interviews..sharetalk is fine but they publish anything (inc my stuff), different outfits give more reach.
6 start to take part in trade events.

And this is where we have the problem, somebody other than the old and busy colin, needs to step up from the bod (a ceo).

The project will sell itself fantastically but trimmings do help!

I am not sure that Aussie labs are took impacted by covid, it's pretty much bau over their...there has also been a sea change in the last 2 years with many miners no longer using labs such as als, as they have their own labs on site, with DBW, instant assays..
Saying that I would expect drill 1 assays during this hole 4 drill.

I m not utterly convinced the market is fully awake 're the projects size. Saying that even a dead duck could see this a massively expanded resource..but there are lots of copper plays on aim, talking about how they have anomalies that indicate they have 10 world class resources etc etc.
The problem is they are not in the middle of Aussies mining belt, with thousands of good workers around, nearby towns for any workers to live, easy quick maintenance, good local roads, about 30 companies with similar, some smaller projects that would like homeland etc.
This isn't the same as 95% of the other big copper plays because it can be mined so easily , but the market isn't aware of this generally....some big miners companies will be though and adding 1-2m tonnes of copper to their reserves won't go unmissed.

There is no set definition of tier 1 or 2, different companies have different criteria...which really isn't very helpful.
The way I had it described to be was that a tier 1 project comes along once every 2-3 years for that metal, it has to have a strategic global impact, i.e if that project stopped it would affect global supply...however barrick has a tier 1 gold project at 5m oz expected recoverable...
Tier 2 is generally just a big project.

This is just my opinion mind, however as per the link I posted last night. 2mt of copper, which is what we are aiming for, would put us with winu (1.8mt) at position 9-10 in the top 10 new deposits in the last 3 years....

It's interesting that drill 4 is to the west of ALL the other drills. I.e it's looking to extend it in that direction. Also it's exploring down hole...in the interview I am sure he said they think it might extend east..
To me it indicates that they think that down hole it's widens and extends considerably...

This really isn't tier 1. But could be regionally important and one of the largest copper deposits in the belt. I was never convinced 're the reduced copper scenario, but with assays in the near future I am more than happy to add considerable good to this.....

This looks to be comparable with winu 're copper size....which I would classify as tier 2.

The majors will come calling.......

I don't have much time, but key for me is the depth this bit the core intrusion...550-600m...this is far deeper than thought and indicates that this is entire left out of the jorc...is this is all new mineralization given the angle..
Also drill 4 is a test of all new mineralisation...at depth..can't wait for that one...

There was a nice rise yesterday, the problem is nothing can really be looked apart from them still drilling. They won't know grades, there hasn't been time for much xrf yet. Outside the drillers and 2 geo dudes there is probably just a daily email or phone call to Colin., Until an RNS is written anyway.

I agree that not knowing is frustrating, but unless your trading the share, whether they announce today that they are still drilling or wait until Wed and announce that they have finished the end of the hole. Is pretty immaterial.
I am very much in the camp that I like information, but if he's said that they won't update until the hole finishes or there is a major breakdown then we wait..It might I hope me today, but if not then we check tomorrow.
You might get a few nervous folks selling, but if you sell, because you cant wait for news on a drill, then exploration companies probably arn't a suitable home for investment. (I am not saying that about anybody here)

A few options (just imo)
This is seriously big...as in 1000m drill big, which completely changes this from a good, small to medium prospect to something of significant potential.
There have been a few half day delays, weather, drill etc, which would still indicate a major increase in size.
Finally, they finished the hole and moved to the forth hole, but xtr are planning to combine the news with something else.

Just imo, but there was some buying today that wasn't just your short term pumpers....

He 100% said it in an interview that's been put on here many times. Hes also RNSed small delays previously.

Steve, it will likely be multiples particularly if they lower the cut off, something I've been advocating and quoting winu for.
However it's impossible to really quantify it as we haven't had a single lab assay yet. I think some folks are waiting on the labs before hauntingly big numbers. :)
