An interesting interview from David..much needed.
Why he didn't think this was needed last week was a mistake, but at least he admitted he had fallen short with communication and not communicating about the lack of a CPR earlier when it was known.
Not to blow my own trumpet, but the reasons for no CPR were some of the reasons for the delay in my Living document CPR posts. i.e a CPR is far more than just an updated reserve document.
TBF David should have known this, but hopefully he's learnt his lesson.
I agree with the decision to concentrate on production and shy away from gimmic exercises. A CPR would be nice and improve the CPR a bit in the short term but production and oil flowing will provide evidence that nobody can ignore.
So 2000 BOPD from Djeno in 103 is the target. We don't need to redrill, but will need the drill past the 20ft of concrete plug. This will be done using a production/workover rig not a drill rig.
Production might be production casing on the djeno which isn't there atm and maybe a very limited simulation.
Apart from 300k for a topside improvements to make the 2000bopd easy, cost will likely be 2-4m imo. So maybe 2.5m max for aaog.
Discussion re funding well program without equity dilution underway.
Everything is as good as it always has been for aaog, I am certainly thinking about increasing my holding come end of month, if the SP stays the same..
