Has the SANTA rally begun or is it a bit too esrly?

I am still waiting to see the benefit of this exercise. I believed the Board when it was announced but now I think I have been deceived and wish the special dividend hsd been paid Am I alone in these thoughts? Can anyone offer me hope that this situation will change?

Well the analysts price has finally come through, SELL (what a surprise!!!) But 60p. This must be the first time in 3 years that they have adjusted the price from 55p. Such a miracle I never foresaw. I may have to start believing in this bunch of clowns!!!

Watch out they're about. Rmember they have stated AVOID LLOYDS .just waiting for their target price. Surely not 55p again

I see my "favourite Bank" have been reviewing Bank prospects. No need to state what they said about Lloyds Bank but I shall AVOID. No mention of price target but I think we all know what that figure will be.!!!

I apologize if this subject has been mentioned before but does anyone have an idea when the buy back is likely to cease and when will I see a rise in the share price to reflect my lost dividenf,special or otherwise. Thankyou for any constructive responses to my question?

We must be due for another analysis report very soon. As the most recent updates from other organisations have been either OUTPERFORM or OVERWEIGHT it is going to be very interesting to see if my laughable "friends"will be the usual SELL and 55p.

Being a very small holder of LLOY shares can anyone tell me when I am likely to see any benefit of the share buy back as I am not very clued up on this matter. Thankyou.

LLucan; common sense indeed. My instinct tells me to follow your route and to forget any dividend for a further period of time and then sell if sp not improved. However , in the meantime a takeover could also develop, possibility from the Far Eastt

I hold these shares for the dividend which has rewarded me well over the years. Your comments leave me bewildered re these shares. Do I therefore buy more ,sell more or wait for the next dividend whenever that will be?

Interesting Comment but where were you when they were 373p in March last year. You would now be saying as I have to people "a brilliant share rise with further great growth potential" I find my profit to date of over 100% in 16 months more than "rather encouraging".
