Makes me think how accurate the NAV is (I'm not disputing the SP is a discount) and how attractive a possible acquisition or merger is?

"Why won't you sell so we can make a profit, says two shareholders in Assura" is how I read it. Games being played here - the rejection hasn't been taken well.

An interesting 🤔 point on access to capital for future growth prospects - I can see their point. It's of REITs and ITs have really struggled with their SP last couple years.

The fact the price went up to 45p this morning tells us a lot.

Probably plenty more to come for UK REITs and also renewable energy investment trust. The SPs are making some very attractive...

4% of my portfolio already - lower than my 5% max for an individual stock - so could top up.

Interesting to see how this investment plays out - the discount continues to grow! Peter H quite clear thinking that a crunch point will occur at some point.

I'm not daft enough to try and predict the SP!

If there are issues - I don't spot any! 3.3bn in assets, 1GW pipeline to 2030 from existing resources, debt reducing. Cable outages sorted. Great dividend and whilst cover has been tight recently - this is changing. Interesting to see the SP this time next year with potentially lower interest rates.

I noted a 6.8% increase just before I left the house earlier today...thought I'll check later why it's suddenly gone up,...checked again at lunch and bang....nearly 30%

Gonna be many many months before I see any reason why the company's value and share price increase. Gives me time to increase my position.

I only had a small position on TIG, perhaps 0.5% - saw a well run company with great potential.

At these prices and a profitable company with a great future ahead will adjust to 4% of my holdings.

I found the article interesting - whatever potential shenanigans may or may not have occurred - I'm happy to add more to my portfolio at these prices. Interesting to watch the big 3 institutional investors - who own half of TIG.

One of the major investors in another of my stocks (INDV) turned publicly activist last week and the SP has risen significantly!
