With the dividend under significant pressure...I may wait for an opportunity to enter should RWS announce a cut to the dividend...60-65p entry seems reasonable to after a probable cut to dividend to 6-8p per share.

The reasons given by AGR in the recent RNS form not recommending PHPs bid are pretty convincing.

Tmnky - similar here - sold today around 47.24p for approx. 20% - don't see much upside.

Happy to deploy elsewhere whilst so much of the market is in the red.

Would rather not have another chunk of PE in UK healthcare.

I've got 3 AIM stocks in my 'riskier' portfolio and the LSE boards are awash with folks wanting updates, RNS next week, SP will rocket...all that kinda shizz - sometimes it's funny, sometimes its annoying and all the time what others post is outside of my control :-) so I don't worry so much. I'm focused, like you on cash in the bank by end of June.

With this stock - I'm always thinking that somebody knows something I don't!

Very much hoping PHP can get a meaningful and attractive offer made. I'd much prefer a merger. Send KKR and their offer packing 🧳

Too right... irrespective of my discomfort with too much PE already in UK healthcare...this stock is going for an absolute bargain amount and KKR know it. The "extra" money on offer compared to the last bid is a pittance and sadly I don't see PHP coming up with an equally good offer. Time to wave this one goodbye and take the profit

I do hope PHP come back with a more attractive offer. How possible this is I don't know, I would surmise KKR have deeper pockets and from an better investments prospects.

I'll take a lot of convincing this offer is one to agree too.

I might well top up a touch tomorrow - not sure where the bottom is for TRIG but maybe we are near it now.

Interesting 🤔 to see the 3% fee on a takeover. I've got two other stocks in takeover situations . The board rejected the offer with one stock, and the potential purchaser withdrew in the other stock. Certainly makes things interesting and TRIG is highly discounted at the minute.

Keeps things interesting 🤔 or frustrating perhaps. Looking forward to a decision - whatever that decision might be. My gut feeling is a deal is there to be done and we'll hear about it real soon.

Badnewinvestor - absolutely messed those numbers up 🤣. I'm conflating this price with another stock - I blame a lack of strong coffee and over reliance on memory from Friday. Poor showing TBF.

You make an interesting 🤔 comment on KKR...I await their reply to the brush off from AGR with intrepidation. 48p isn't enough for me - but I'm not an institutional investor holding 5% of the company.

Good to see debt coming down after latest asset sales. I saw the SP jump a little 84-86p in the last 15 mins of trading last Friday and wondered if there would be an RNS today. Not implied that the two are linked.

Interesting 🤔 to see how much the ML is already priced in.

Potential 25% plus gain but what's the downside? 20% if it drops to 80p after Verdane sale doesn't go through? Who knows...I'll hold and hope for something better than 125p.

I was considering grabbing a few more shares at the current price around 100p but not sure the upside risk is worth the downside.
